Great and quiet spot

Nice old house with a fantastic view from the bedrooms. Really great beds. Fully equipped kitchen and fresh fruit when we arrived. One of the showers 1. floor didn’t work so good. Paolo is very flexible and nice. We had a wonderful time.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the evaluation, about the shower on the 1st floor to me works perfectly it was recently changed with a brand new one, maybe the water did not have enough power in that moment of the day that dipends if you are using water from the kitchen or the other bathroom at the same time, so water come slow.Any way the important thing is that you enjoyed your stay , thanks again and best regards from Catalina and Paolo.

Lovely house

A lovely village house next to the fishing port of Port de Soller. The house was equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen had everything for cooking, there were beach towels available, umbrellas, games and dvds...

Paolo was a great host and just lives upstairs if you need him. The house was very spacious with views over the port. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this house.

Amazing

This place couldn't have been better. Perfectly appointed with great views of the harbor. We even had some delicious meat and cheese in the fridge for us upon arrival.

A fabulous place to stay

This place was great for our family of four with two teenage girls. It's a lovely large very well equipped and comfortable house perfectly located for everything you may possibly want. The owner Paolo was lovely and very helpful. Everything went perfectly smoothly right from the start which was wonderful and we had an amazing time in such a great place. Thank you.

Sehr schönes und sehr großes Haus, optimale ruhige Lage, super Aussicht, ideal für Familie 2 E/ 2 K

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Direkt am Hafen und in der Stadt, und den Berg hoch unser Lieblingsrestaurant Nautilus in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Paolo hat uns klasse versorgt, zu Beginn standen Brot, Öl, Tomaten, Schinken und Käse sowie einige Orangen und Wasser bereit. Er wohnt über uns, wenn wir etwas brauchten, war er sofort da. Das Haus ist vollständig, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so ähnlich stelle ich mir Airbnb vor.

Einziges Problem ist die Anfahrt. Das Haus liegt in einer absoluten Fußgängerzone, es ist auf keinen Fall mit dem Auto erreichbar!

Aber es gibt eine einfache Lösung: Im Navi die „Cantina Marinera“ eingeben, lt. Google maps „Carrer de la Marina 63“. In anderen Navis (oder z.B. bei TripAdvisor) kann das auch „(La) Cantina Marina“ und „Calle Mariner 62“ heißen ...

Im Bereich der Cantina parken oder an ihr vorbeifahren, dahinter ist ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz auf einem früheren Hafenpier. Alles weiß gekennzeichnet, also dauerhaft freies Parken.

Aussteigen und Gepäck zur Cantina schleppen, an der Treppe links daneben wartet Paolo auf Euch! Und dann fängt der Urlaub an!
