The apartment benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning marina and sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom and one double sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE

Lounge,with 1 ample sofa bed which converts to one double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, 2 windows over looking the pool and the marina,patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking swimming pool and marina.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, sofa bed in the lounge.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels a DVD player and CD player, Internet Access WiFi (free).

BATHROOM

The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOM

The bedroom has 1 double bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the swimming pool and the marina, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

POOL

Changing room and bathrooms near the pool, sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

Lovely apartment, recently refurbished with great views

This is an excellent property. It has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The apartment is very comfortable. It is ideally located near the old town, marina and nearby villages of Gale.

There are some excellent places to eat within short drive or even walk distance.

Nuno the manager kept communication flowing throughout the whole process. Nuno greeted us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for?

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung. Super Ausstattung, tolle Terasse, herrlicher Blick auf Meer und Stadt

Wir waren für 6 Nächte in Albufeira (Ende November 2017). Der Vermieter: Kontakt vor Ort hat perfekt geklappt. Nuno hat uns alles erklärt und einige Tipps zur Gegend gegeben. Die Wohnung: Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne L-förmige Terasse über die gesamte Wohnungsbreite. Die Ausstattung auf der Terasse ist perfekt mit Lounge-Ecke, Liegen, Auflagen, Weber Grill, etc. ausgestattet. Nuno hat das Terassengeländer verglast. Dadurch ist man super windgeschützt. Für die heissen Sommertage gibt es eine Markise über einen Teil der Terasse. Wir hatten fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf der Terasse :-). Der Blick ist herrlich auf das Meer und die Altstadt von Albufeira. Diesen herrlichen Blick hat man auch vom Wohn-Esszimmer aus (Fensterfront komplett verglast, herrlich). Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung war super sauber, die Einrichtung ist modern, auf dem neuesten Stand. Im Fernsehen sind viele deutsche Programme zu finden, die Heizung funktioniert perfekt (Klimaanlage auch, habe ich getestet aber im November nicht oft gebraucht :-)). Nach Albufeira Old-Town sind es zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten, zurück ca. 15 Minuten (bergauf). Alles in Allem "Einfach alles Super". Wir kommen wieder.
