The cottage can sleep eleven people in five bedrooms, which are made up of two king-size doubles, one being on the lower ground floor, one lower ground double, one twin and a family room with three singles as well as a family bathroom and two lower ground floor shower rooms. The remainder of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, a lower ground floor utility and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside is parking and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, hot tub and furniture. Set in stunning countryside, Bank End Barn is a superb place to enjoy a good holiday at any time of the year.

The River Duddon runs just to the east of the village, its estuary offering some lovely scenes. A few minutes drive takes you to the village of Kirkby-in-Furness which is home to a general store and a pub as well as a railway station.
