Close to sea, golf, and tennis. Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), internet

Perfectly located, charming detached villa, ideal for family holidays. The garden gate opens on to the 18th Fairway of the Royal Golf Course and it is a short walk to the shops, the famous tennis centre (weekly group coaching), the Golf Club with Royal Spa, and the Beach. Built on one level and ideal for all ages, the furniture is traditional and comfortable. It is surrounded by a large garden offering sun and shade and plenty of room for children to play. There is a paved terrace with kidney-shaped private swimming pool, sun loungers with cushions, umbrellas and chairs. The covered verandah with dining table is perfect for sheltered meals at all times, and a secluded roof terrace offers a lovely spot for sunbathing or an evening drink as the sun goes down. We have a fine selection of buckets and spades as well as 2 golf trolleys. This villa feels like a home rather than a letting property.

We are fully Tourist Licensed, now a legal requirement.

There is a children's club, the 'Penguin Club' near the Praca, run by the Meridien Hotel. Please note that the maid service is not available on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Long Winter lets December to March, minimum 4 weeks £500 per week for 2 people.

Wir waren 6 Frauen, das Haus war genau das Richtige für uns. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche. Eine Reinigungskraft und ein Gärtner kamen täglich, bis auf Sonntags.Der Swimmingpool wurde mehrmals in der Woche ebenfalls gereinigt. Das Haus liegt mitten in Vale do Lobo, wir konnten zu Fuss zum Strand und zur grossen Tennisanlage.

Zum Einkaufen benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Wir würden das Haus gern nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

The villa is situated a 7 minute easy walk to the Beach and Praca shops and restaurants. It is also a similar distance to the restaurants and snack bars at the Golf Club, and Tennis. There are supermarkets in Vale do Lobo and Almancil and it is only a 20 minute drive to the colourful market town of Loule. Car hire is not essential but is recommended in order to access the many local restaurants, golf courses and shops selling local crafts.
