My wife and I are French, we bought the apartment from an English couple. They were the first owners of the apartment from 2004. We intend to use the apartment as much as possible when isn't rented, as we are both retired. We live near Versailles, Paris, France.

We speak English and Spainish , and we particularly love Andalousia , which we have been familiar with for many years . When we decided to buy an apartment on the Costa del Sol , in the very best position between the sea and the mountains we did not hesitate to choose Los Jardines, Elviria. Location and security are good. The complex is inhabited and living all the year. The beaches are very beautiful and chid-friendly. There are plenty of interesting places to visit within a short distance.
What makes this Apartment unique
There are lots of sporting activities on offer in the area, including golf. We were particularly impressed with the decor and comfort that the previous owners chose for the interior decoration.We think it's a home from home feeling. We have chosen a local agent with a good reputation. Therefore, during your stay, any problems or question you might have will be dealt with efficiently. There are also numerous restaurants in the area where the apartment is located.
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
For me it was really right choice to choose this place. Nice clean, quiet surrounding. By the pool i was most of the time alone so its never too many people there. Beach is near wich i also like.
Lovely condo in a beautifully landscaped complex. Close to shopping and restaurants and short drive to the beach. It was so nice that the owners were there to welcome us. Enjoyed our stay.
Well furnished and well equipped
The photos on the website are accurate with no wide angle lenses used. The apartment is luxurious and spacious and the balcony area has plenty of room with comfortable furniture.

Excellent in all aspects
Arrived on Saturday, so collected keys from agent in Calahonda, as directed, and continued as directed with the maps to the complex. Very impressive from all aspects - secure, spacious and all balconies facing south! The apartment was well equipped and spacious, clean and bright. The location was ideal for exploring the area surrounding Marbella, with its many marinas and long, clear, sandy beaches. Ideally positioned for golfing enthusiasts, as well as the high wire and climbing facility. The only downside was negotiating the entries on to the A7 speed track!

smart apartment with fantastic swimming pools and close to shops and restaurants.
after collecting the key from calahonda the taxi took us to philippes apartment
which is in a very secure gated complex.the flat is well furnished with ensuite bathrooms and a well equipt kitchen.the balcony as awnings to keep you
in the shade.which we needed because it was very hot,the pools are
great one even as fountains and have life guards.close by are shops and
places to eat and brilliant amazon jungle climbing forest.
Very nice apartment in lovely Elveria
The apartment was very well equipped and clean and situated in the very nice location of Elveria. We used the pools most days and always found the sunbeds available.Our bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the efficient air conditioning especially on the hotter days and nights.
Philippe was very obliging and helpful pre our arrival and we would consider staying again in the future.
Our only complaint was in finding the estate agents offices to collect the keys for the apartment and which was closed on Saturdays which was the day for both our arrival and departure. The directions map supplied was not detailed enough so we recommend a better map or better system, e.g. why couldn't we collect or leave the keys with the on site security guard .
Overall however we did have a very good and enjoyable holiday.

Famous sandy beaches like Nikki beach are 10 minutes by walking , or 2 minutes by car . Beaches are without limit on each side ; there are cheap restaurants with terraces in front of the sea. Beach is completely adapted for little children .
Few minutes more you can reach the marina of Puerto Cabopino .
Marbella (10minutes) and Puerto Banus (15 minutes) are very near by car .
Marbella old town is 10 to 15 minutes by car ; you can reach it also by bus (500m) or taxi (taxi station in Elviria 5 minutes). Malaga airport is 40 minutes time by car. You can also reach Malaga & airport by bus from Elviria then train from Fuengirola.
Golf course, local amenities, taxi, bus are 5 min walking. Beaches and Nikki club are 10 min walking. Marbella : old town is 10 km , with seafront promenade till Puerto Banus upon 8 km ; fashionable shops , famous commercial center “La Canada” and Marbella nightlife. More Spanish ambiance in Fuengirola , 20 mn (especially during festivities) and in white villages in the mountain : Ojen (20mn) or Mijas(30mn).Malaga is 45 mn drive ;Ronda, Gilbraltar, Tarifa are 1 hour ;Granada, Cadiz are 2h.
There is also just near the residence a tree climbing park in pine woods.
Adventure or water parks are easily reachable, as well as a lot of others leisure activities. Refugio de Juanar near Ojen offers you wonderful footpaths in mountain (30mn).
