Why Anne Moorehead chose Fuengirola
We love Puebla Lucia because it is a private, gated complex, maintained to a high standard and conveniently located in the centre of Fuengirola. Fuengirola has a wide variety of bars and restaurants catering for all ages. The property is just over 5 minutes walk from a fantastic beach, the Water Park is very easily accessible by bus or car although the location of the apartment means that there is no need to hire a car in order to see the local sights. Malaga airport is about 20 minutes by train and whilst car hire is available, public transport is close by, frequent and excellent value for money.

The apartment is 600m from the beach. Fuengirola beach is approximately 5 miles long, with sunbed areas and freshwater showers. There are areas designated for volleyball, pedalo hire, water skiing and jet ski hire.
Nearest international airport is Malaga which is approximately 25 km away. The apartment is 500m from the shops and local amenities, 100m from the train station and 150m from the bus station. A car is not essential.
The apartment is ideally situated close to everything. The main promenade (Paseo) is easily accessible by foot, as is the beach and many local bars and restaurants. The main shopping centre (Dunnes, MANGO, Zara etc.) is less than 1 km away.
Most international cuisine is catered for in Fuengirola. Most bars welcome families and provide entertainment.
The Aqua Park in nearby Mijas is good value, Fuengirola Zoo is within walking distance and you can also take a ride along the seafront in the local "tourist train" or indeed take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage if you prefer.
There are boat trips which are run from the port to spot dolphins and Fuengirola also boasts great shopping and a local weekly market.
Booking Notes: A 50% deposit together with a security deposit amount of £200 will be required to secure the reservation, with the balance due 45 days prior to checking into the apartment. The security deposit amount of £200 is to cover any damages and to ensure the safe return of the apartment keys and gate and parking fobs and this will be returned within 1 week of departure providing the apartment has been left in excellent order. Changeover date: Changeover date is flexible to suit the requirements of our guests but if there are guests arriving on the same date as your departure we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am in order for the next guests' arrival at 3pm. No all-male/all-female parties permitted. No pets No smoking Any guests deemed abusing these conditions will have at least their security deposit amount retained by the owner.
