About Allan Jones
Hi everyone, I've owned my property in Kings Palace since 2004 and lived and worked here in Cyprus since 2009. During this time I've refurbished my apartment - decorated it, replaced some of the furniture and made it into my home. I have a lot of friends over here in Paphos and with their help, I've decided to earn more income by renting out my apartment. I love walking and formed my business Amadeus Holidays Limited offering walking tours around Cyprus. I especially like walking in Northern Cyprus and in 2010 organised and completed the 'cape to cape walk' across the Kyrenia Mountains, some 220km. Why Allan Jones chose Paphos
Since my first holiday in Cyprus I've loved the island and in 2004 decided to buy a place over here. I brought this property because of it's view of the sea and the communal pool. There is also a small expat community here that look after the properties on the complex. (I'm now one of them). It's also 5 minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and bars, which have improved greatly since I moved here. They're always open - great in the winter. Lidl opened in 2011 and sells cheaper food than anywhere else and so you can, if you want to, rustle up a great meal in my kitchen. The local bus route is outside the complex so access to all facilities is good.
What makes this Apartment unique
The complex and communal pool is one of the best in Paphos. The pool is checked and cleaned on a daily basis and we, the owners, complain if it isn't. Anyone renting my apartment knows that I'm available, on site, to answer or deal with any problems that arise. I can also advise where the best places to eat and drink are and generally help you get the most from your holiday.

Really enjoyed our stay in Allan's apartment. Very well equipped, clean and quiet.
There are bars and restaurants nearby though we preferred a walk along the coast into Kato Paphos or up the hill to the old town - buses are regular but we do like to earn that cold beer. Pool is large, perhaps a little cold in October, and we also enjoyed the beach across the road. Recommended.

The property was 1st class with excellent views. Allan was really helpful with good recommends of restaurants. The bus system was every 10 minutes to harbour and just outside the complex. I would strongly recommend this apartment.

A great location
We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment. There is also access to an excellent pool on site and a good range of restaurants and bars in the locality. Both Kato Paphos and Ktima Paphos are within convenient walking distance. The sunsets are wonderful!
I'm glad Steve and Janet enjoyed their stay in my apartment - the weather was warm, bordering on hot with some amazing sunsets. Once they left the weather turned dull but only for a few days, it's now warm and sunny and will probably remain so until Christmas.
Spacious and spotless apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. We enjoyed fabulous sunsets every evening from the balcony. Large pool which was never too busy. Bus stop a couple of minutes from the complex which takes you to the Harbour and Coral Bay.
We had a great holiday, very relaxing and would return again.
It was great having Janice and her partner staying in my apartment - they really were a lovely couple and enjoyed themselves. I hope to seem them again sometime.
Lovely and absolutely clean apartment in a perfect location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Allan's apartment. It contributed so much to making our vacation so refreshing!
Communication with Allan was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had a perfect size for my husband and me staying there and was spotless. It was equipped with everything we needed (even a few extra towels) and the grocery store so close was very convenient (open Monday through Sunday usually until 9 or 10pm). The airconditioning and water heating worked well and were nice to have (especially the airconditioning - the water heater we hardly used). The view from the bedroom & balcony is so wonderful and the neighbourhood seemed very nice. We especially loved the pool - many times we had it to ourselves or shared it with only 2-3 other people. There are 2 sunbeds reserved for Allan's guests right by the pool. Also, the sea is only a 5min walk with a sandy beach right there (we preferred it over Coral Bay as we found it less crowded but just as enjoyable). We were able to walk to lots of restaurants and bars from the apartment (5-20min), to the harbour and many shops (perhaps 30+min). However, you could also take the bus there which runs about every 10-15min and takes only a few minutes. We were able to hear the main road when sitting on the balcony but it didn't take away from our relaxing or bother us during the night. We can highly recommend staying at this apartment and are so grateful for the wonderful time we had there.
My apartment is ideally located within walking distance of Paphos harbour and a short bus ride to Coral Bay. The coastal path opposite Kings Palace is used by many people to walk to the harbour, and to admire the sunsets. I have adapted my apartment based on the feedback I receive from my clients and I always tell them it's their home during their stay in Paphos.

There are many Blue Flag beaches in the Paphos area. The closest are in Coral Bay, Ricco's Beach on the way to Geriskipou and the communal beach in Paphos harbour - all accessible by bus.
The nearest airport is Paphos International, and it's 25 minutes by taxi. Car hire is optional - just remember to bring your driving licence with you.
Paphos harbour and Bar Street are 20 minutes by bus, 40 minutes walking. Taxis cost about €10 each way.
Booking Notes: A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required when you book my apartment. The balance along with a security bond of £100 to be paid 55 days prior to the holiday. No refund if you cancel your booking within 55 days of the start of your holiday. Internet is available at an extra charge of €15 per week, paid locally. Changeover Day: Arrival and departure times are flexible, normally arrivals after 2.00pm, departures before 12.00am. Notes on prices: Prices are inclusive of VAT and include cleaning and linen changes. A security deposit of £100 (refundable) is required when the balance of the holiday is made, 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Wi-Fi is available at €15 per week, payable locally. I often give discounts on stated prices - ask for details. If you have a late flight to Cyprus and you're going to arrive late at the complex, then let me know and I can get some groceries for you from Lidls.
