Tennis club is walking distance from apartment where there is pilates and other exercise available without booking. coffee shop there too.
Great restaurants on beach too.

Another good stay
We have stayed here on quite a few occasions now and yet again, not been disappointed. We have 2 children 10 and 14 and it works so well for us. Ideally located so everything is just a short drive away

Good property with a great location, would definitely use again.
Property had everything we needed for our stay, 2 good bathrooms and bedrooms and plenty of lounge space. Kitchen and terrace area was lovely to sit at watching the sun come up with a morning coffee and kitchen had all you needed. I would like to see another air con unit in the other bedroom but as i said it was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful
Great property, extremely clean and very well equipped. Check in was brilliant, contact responded well to "whatsapp" communication. Location literally less than 5 min walk to long mainly sandy beach. Lots of choice of beach bars, supermarkets within walking distance (10min) great location for a peaceful holiday. Swimmingpool large!

We live in Co Derry N Ireland which is only a 3 hours flight from our apartment and these flight are all year round.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in Costabella because it is only 35 mins from Malaga airport by car and 10 mins from Marbella yet it is located in quiet residential area. Good bus service in this area which means car hire is not essential.

What makes this property unique

One of the benefits is the close proximity to the fantastic beach(3 min walk) which allows for a leisurely stroll or a fast jog whatever your mood takes.
Another benefit is the vast array of beachside restaurants and bars. Also the convenience of supermarket, coffee shops, atm machines etc.
The apartment is one in a small gated complex which has a large shared pool and landscaped gardens.
