THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Located on a pedestrian street 100 meters from the Town Hall Square Of Palma de Mallorca and 300 meters from the Paseo del Borne, good place for travellers looking for a stay in the old town of Palma de Mallorca.

Around there are all kinds of shops, bars and cafés. To enjoy the charm around the historic centre of Palma just down the street!

900 meters from the central railway and bus station, where you can find link to any part of the island.

Nearby beaches: 25 minutes by foot from the apartment is Can Pere Antoni beach and 30 minutes Portixol Beach.

Lively area during the day and quiet at night.

At night, 8 minutes walking to La Lonja and 15 minutes to Santa Catalina, the two neighbourhoods with more night life of the city, plenty of tapas bars, restaurants and pubs.

HOW TO MOVE:

Car is not necessary, but if it did, there is a parking to 10 minutes from the apartment with special price for days.

Central, beautiful & well-equipped

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at this apartment, located right in the centre of Palma's old town. Victoria was really helpful when we arrived, showing us how to get to the Mercat D'Olivar and some of the other local features. The apartment was really well-equipped, would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Palma!

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Spent a week here and enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment has everything you need to stay comfortable with the only exception: no AC, which is almost a neccesity during the hot summer months. The two fans provided aren’t nearly enligt to stay cool. Other than that: comfortable beds, nice shower pressure, swift and easy check-in and great location right in the middle of old town with walking distance to pretty much all parts of the city. Would very much reccomend!

Ferien im Februar

Im Februar verbrachten wir eine Woche in der schönen Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Palma. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und bietet jeden Komfort. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die Lage in der schönen Altstadt von Palma ist erwähnenswert. Man findet in nächster Nähe alles was man benötigt. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Lokale. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. Der zentrale Busbahnhof liegt nur 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und halfen jederzeit über Handy-Kontakt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten und können sie auch weiterempfehlen.

Great apartment in the heart of Old Town Palma

We loved our 2 week stay in Palma de Mallorca. The apartment was as described, extremely clean and the location was ideal. The only "problem" we had was with inconsistent wifi but our wonderful hostess Victoria made every effort to sort out the problem. Muchas Gracias Victoria - esperamos poder quedarse cuando regresemos a Palma.

Wonderful stay in Palma

We had a wonderful stay in Palma. The apartment is in very center of the old town and was clean and comfortable and kitchen had all necessary facilities for cooking. We recommend a visit to Mercat de I'Olivar where you can eat and buy all kind of delicacies. Victoria was nice and helpful. We can recommend this apartment to others.

Consiglio questo appartamento

Appartamento carino, ben tenuto fornito di tutto eccetto l'aria condizionata ma con un ventilatore in camera si riusciva tranquillamente a dormire. L'appartamento è posizionato in pieno centro storico, dunque molto vivo di giorno ma assolutamente silenzioso dopo le 22. La stazione degli autobus dista 10 minuti a piedi, forse anche meno.

Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.
