Located on a pedestrian street 100 meters from the Town Hall Square and 300 meters from the Paseo del Borne, good place for travellers looking for a stay in the old town of Palma.

Around there are all kinds of shops, bars and cafés. To enjoy the charm around the historic centre of Palma just down the street!

900 meters from the central railway and bus station, where you can find link to any part of the island.

Nearby beaches: 25 minutes by foot from the apartment is Can Pere Antoni beach and 30 minutes Portixol Beach.

Lively area during the day and quiet at night.

At night, 8 minutes walking to La Lonja and 15 minutes to Santa Catalina, the two neighbourhoods with more night life of the city, plenty of tapas bars, restaurants and pubs.


The car is not necessary, but if it did, there is a parking to 10 minutes from the apartment with special monthly prices.

Great place to stay , clean but needs a bit of money spending

The apartment is very central but can only be accessed by three steep flights of stairs. It was ok for us but tricky with suitcases. The crockery was in short supply and very chipped. It needs replacing. The cutlery was also in short supply. There was only one reclining chair on the patio which was old and broke during the week due to wear and tear. Bit disappointing when four of us were staying there.

On the plus the apartment was lovely and clean and we received a warm welcome on arrival. I would recommend it.

Lovely apartment in great surroundings

We spent a lovely week in Palma, the location of the appartment was great. The appartment was just like promised on webpage, bright, clean and spacious and Victoria was very frendly and helpfull. We really can recommend this apartment to everybody, also Palma city.

L'appartamento è molto ca...

L'appartamento è molto carino, spazioso e luminoso. Si trova proprio nel centro di Palma in una posizione strategica sia per l'accesso alla zona dello shopping sia per la zona dei locali. Nonostante la posizione centrale la zona è molto silenziosa e tranquilla. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario (compresi i ventilatori per rinfrescare la casa) e la padrona di casa, Victoria, è davvero gentile e disponibile. In definitiva è il luogo ideale come base per scoprire Maiorca.
