Villa Petra is located in the Tuscan countryside among green hills, vineyards and olive groves.
It is a typical rustic country house, made with stones, cotto tiles and wooden materials, which render it very cozy and warm.
Here you can spend a relaxing holiday, immersed in the nature and enjoying the greenery all around.
Outside the villa offers plenty of space, where you can lounge, have a meal or drink one of the excellent local wines. There is a swimming pool (12 x 6 meters) equipped with sunbeds and a gazebo where you can find shelter from sun.
The building develops on two levels. As soon as you access the interior (through few steps) you will find a large living area, with a dining table, bench (near the wall) and chairs, a fireplace, a sofa (where can sleep one person) and TV. The living room has many windows overlooking the countryside. Behind the living room there is the kitchen, equipped with all useful appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.).
From the kitchen you can go out to another patio, while from the main entrance, where is the living room, you can access the main external covered terrace with view on the surrounding hills.
Outside there is also a bathroom with shower and a stone BBQ.
From the ground floor, through a staircase you reach the first floor; where there is an anteroom with a sofa bed where can sleep one person and 4 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have double bed, one has twin beds (that can be joined).
