About the apartment:

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 70 square meters flat is located on the 8th floor of a prestigious residential building with a lift. It features carpeting throughout and is tastefully decorated.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find a spacious living area with sofas and armchairs, a flat screen TV with cable and more. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep two guests if necessary.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, small refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. An iron and board are provided for your convenience. There is a dining table and chairs should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many neighbourhood restaurants. There is a coin-operated washing and drying machine located on the same floor and available for use to all residents so you can pack lightly and save room in your luggage for some special London souvenirs.

The two private bedrooms each feature comfortable double beds, nightstands and lamps. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Extra linens are included for the sofa bed. The bedrooms also have plenty of storage place to store your belongings and make yourself at home for a few days.

The two bathrooms feature showers, heated towel rails, toilets, sinks and a hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 6 people as well.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast.

A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

This London holiday home is located in one of London’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the prestigious Mayfair located in the City of Westminster. This sophisticated quarter is home to luxury shopping, impressive buildings and architecture and clean and quiet streets. It also houses many fine art galleries and antique stores. Its exclusive restaurants and hidden gardens will leave you in awe. Step in to one of its many historic pubs to travel back in time while you sip on a pint of a cold brew. The area is bordered by two of London’s Royal Parks, Hyde Park and Saint James Park, two favorites of Londoners for jogging, walking, having a picnic and getting a breath of fresh air.

There are two London Underground Stations located within a 5 minutes walk, Hyde Park Corner or Green Park stations (Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly Lines). With such easy access to the Metro, you can easily move around the rest of the city. This neighbourhood is perfect for those looking to live like a Londoner, if only for a few days.

- Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Final cleaning fee: £110

- Damage Deposit. £400. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card during the check-in.

- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.

- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.

- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people.

***Please note that construction works are currently taking place in the building in front of this one. Mayfair Neighborhood Regulations are done so that the disturbances created may be minimized, however occasional drilling or hammering may occur during the week during working hours.***

Great location for a vacation

The apartment location is fantastic --- in swanky Mayfair snuggled between Hyde and Green Parks. There's some great pubs in the neighborhood and a countless number of coffee shops. Also a quaint little street with some shops in restaurants where you feel like you've stepped back in time (off of Charles street if I remember?). The apartment was clean, bright, and as described in the listing. The double beds were comfy and the layout of the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Our stay was too short and we look forward to coming again one day. Thanks for a nice stay.

Just as described with good access around the city

Our family made a quick trip to London via the Chunnel train during our recent visit to Paris. We rented this apartment for our 2-night stay in the great city of London. The apartment was a nice quality, easy access to the main attractions of London by foot or tube. Not super fancy accommodations but comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and good hot water. Safe neighborhood. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the UK capital.

Best part is the location

The best part of this stay was the location - perfect for accessing everything in London. The flat was easily accessible by elevator, spacious and clean Nice supply of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products and soaps. Paul's assistants were all very responsive, available and prompt in all of our communications. We would stay here again.

Great location. Unimpressive unit.

We stayed at the unit 5 nights during our recent visit to London. While it was in a great location, the unit itself was not ideal.

The Good: Location, location, location. Right in the heart Mayfair. Walked to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace. Great for exploring the city center. Host connected with us before our visit and a colleague arrived shortly after we did. Unit slept family of 5 comfortably. Building was nice. Unit was on the eighth floor with an elevator. We spent very little time in the unit as we were exploring most of our visit.

The Bad: The unit was a bland rental. No character or charm. Needs a little TLC: stained carpets, chipped paint, marked walls. Window seals were not great leading to rattling at night when windy. Heater in one room did not work. The price was very reasonable so I guess we got what we payed for.

Excellent location and base for London

Excellent apartment and location. It's a wonderful place to base yourself for getting around London. Super clean and has everything you need for a couple of days in the city. Paul's management team were all very helpful. Would gladly return here on a future visit. They're in the process of constructing a new building in front of this one so be prepared for a little construction noise during the daytime hours. It did not bother us a bit as we had a busy schedule planned to squeeze in all the sights we wanted to see, leaving quite early in the morning and returning late in the evening. For this reason we did not use the kitchen either, except for the fridge to store some leftovers.

  • A valid credit card must be provided at the check-in for a pre-authorization of the damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after the checkout, provided no damage is caused to the flat.

    Regarding a late check-in (after 7:00PM)
    Please remember that you are booking an apartment, not a hotel room. We try to be as accommodating as possible. However, in the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 £ late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 £. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 £. After 1:00AM there will be a 100£ check-in fee.
