Welcome! The apartment is a newly-built duplex in the heart of Cambridge. The apartment is easy access to Cambridge Railway Station and the University of Cambridge. The apartment includes some of the finest luxury finishes available on the market today, offering substantial space with a large balcony for enjoyable outdoor living.

It is perfect for short holidays or longer time business travel. I pride myself in trying to provide anything you might need for a comfortable stay. Just Enjoy!

On the first floor:

A large living room with extremely comforable Laura Ashley corner sofa, TV, a dining table and chairs.

A study area including a writing desk, shelves and a printer.

A full-size kitchen with quartz stone worktops, integrated appliances, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, Fascino filtered instant boiling water tap and all the necessary cookingwares. Complementary coffee, tea and snacks are also provided.

A utility room with a small toilet, a wash and dryer, a Dyson vacumn cleaner, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.

On the second floor:

Two ensuite bedrooms. One has a double bed. The other has a single bed with a trundle. The trundle can be popped up and joined the main bed to form a king-size bed area. It can also work as another separate single bed.

All the essentials such as Egyptian cotton towels, bed sheets, toilet paper are included. And we provide Body Shop shampoo and shower gel.

One double air mattress is also provided in case of additional guests.

High-speed wifi is available for all guests free of charge.

Parking off the street is allowed and free of charge for the whole time.

The safety amenities include smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fist aid kit and fire extinguisher.

The flat can host up to 6 people. No party and no smoking are allowed in the property. For guests with pets, please contact me before you make booking.

The apartment are accessible by a wheelchair to the ground floor. The upstairs floor where the bedrooms and bathrooms are is not accessible by a wheelchair.
