A short distance trails for trekking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and horseback riding. For golfers the Garda Golf Country Club in Soiano del Lago features a 27-hole putting green where you can spend the day.

Charmante Unterkunft

Wir waren zu dritt 5 Nächte in der kleineren Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hell und liegt sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, hat eine Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, große Kühlschrank. Die Gelateria, kleiner Einkaufsladen, Bäckerei sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und haben uns ganz viele tolle Tipps gegeben.

Toller Urlaub und tolle Unterkunft

Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Super gepflegte Anlage und riesiger Pool. Wir hatten die kleinere der beiden Wohnungen. Die Wohnungen sind top gepflegt und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Bis zum See sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch super ist die Tiefgarage wodurch das Auto an heißen Tagen schön kühl bleibt. Natürlich gibt es auch noch etwas was nicht so optimal ist: Zum einen die Matratzen sind sehr hart, es gab zu unserer Zeit noch keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung und in der Nähe befindet sich ein Dom bei dem alle halbe Stunde die Glocke schlägt (hat man sich nach zwei Tagen dran gewöhnt).

Die Matratzen sind orthopädische und neu: nicht alle Anforderungen erfüllen kann, aber es wurden für ihre hohe Qualität von Spezialisten empfohlen. Klimaanlage, wie in der Beschreibung steht nicht zur Verfügung: Ich persönlich glaube nicht befürworten wir diese Installation, "Wir fühlen uns ungesund und wenn man bedenkt die paar Tage im Jahr von hoher Hitze, die wir uns entschieden, die Wohnungen der Fans zu verleihen. Wir nehmen diese Gelegenheit, Ihnen noch einmal danken für Ihren Aufenthalt und wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen bei uns in der Zukunft Corrado & Chiara

Tolles Appartment, ruhig gelegen & top Austattung

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub am Gardasee etwas abseits vom allgemeinen Touristentrubel machen möchte, ist im Appartment Palazzo Scolari in Polpenazze del Garda bestens aufgehoben.

Das Appartment für 2 Personen hat eine tolle Größe und ist sehr modern und hell eingerichtet. Mit Blick auf den Innenhof und den Pool, bekommt man auch nichs von der angrenzenden verkehrberuhigten (!) Straße mit.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (u.a. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, natürlich ein Espressokocher ;) und eine Spülmaschine), so dass man auch zu hause die Möglichkeit zum kochen hat.

In Polpenazze del Garda selbst bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäcker, Metzger, Gemüseladen). Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Gelateria Vassalli - da schmeckt das Eis auch an Regentagen :)

Viele schöne Orte sind von Polpenazze del Garda aus schnell zu erreichen (Salo, Rocca di Manerba, Sirmione, Deszensano, Brescia, Verona ...)

Alles in allem: für 2 Erwachsene eine sehr gute Wohnung etwas Abseits (5 km) vom Touristentrubel des Gardasees, mit toller Ausstattung und modernem italienischen Flair.

The property is set in a large garden planted with olive trees and native species in an island of peace in the center of the country.

Available to guests a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sun beds and exclusive garage, just a few steps away are: baker, butcher, greengrocer, hairdressers, ice cream parlor, post office, bar, pizzeria, church, library, and playground.

Along the road of wines and flavors that crosses the Valtenesi meet cellars and oil mills open to the public where you can buy locally produced olive oil and wine.

The landscape offers glimpses of extraordinary beauty: olive groves, vineyards, cultivated fields, small woods, lakes framed by the enchanting panorama of Lake Garda.
