Beautiful private villa in an enviable beach side location close to the dunes (4 mins walk) and port of Cabopino (8 mins walk), Marbella on the Costa del Sol, Spain.

Two storied, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, private villa with heated pool comfortably accommodates 8 people. Quiet residential road just a short walk through pine covered sand dunes to a quiet, sandy beach. Cabopino port, also a short walk away, has a variety of good restaurants. Marbella old town is a short drive and Malaga city and airport are a 30 minute drive away.

The villa is very comfortable, elegantly furnished and well equipped and the pool and garden are private and for your exclusive use.

There is fibre optic fast speed wifi and international TV channels.

The property is accessed from the quiet road via remote controlled gates leading onto private, secure off street parking.

The spacious entrance hall with storage leads into the sitting/dining room which in turn opens onto the South terraces, pool area and garden via 2 sets of sliding French doors. A very well equipped kitchen is adjacent and linked to the dining area by a large service counter. There is a separate laundry room with a door to outside and a shower room.

Also leading off the entrance hall is a corridor accessing the double bedroom with access to the pool and garden, and a spacious twin room. Both bedrooms have generous wardrobe storage and they share a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The staircase leads from the hallway to the first floor, double height landing which gives access to two further double bedrooms, both with access to the 1st floor sunny terrace with sea views.

The master bedroom has a private dressing room and large en suite bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks, WC and bidet.

The pool is 8m by 4m with child friendly Roman steps at the shallow end for easy access. The pool can be heated and it has an automated, roll on cover for security and insulation. There are extensive paved terraces for sunbathing and relaxing and 3 further covered with comfortable seating, another (adjacent to the large Weber gas BBQ) with furniture for al fresco dining, and a third provides a shaded area for the hammock.. The garden is bordered by flower beds with subtropical vegetation.

Bed linen, towels and pool/beach towels are provided and changed weekly, together with a 4 hour cleaning service, during rentals of two or more weeks.

Standard end of stay cleaning is included in the price.

A baby cot and high chair are available.

High speed fibre optic wifi and TV with British and International channels.

Hairdryers in all bathrooms.

Smoking is permitted outdoors but please do not smoke inside the house.

Pets are not allowed.

The pool and garden are well maintained by our manager who is available during the rentals should any problems arise.

For your peace of mind the property is fitted with a security alarm system and there is a safety deposit box for your use.

Excellent holiday property.

I can thoroughly recommend this villa to all potential customers. My wife and I spent six days enjoying the sunshine by the heated pool which was a pleasure to use. The owner, Bernadette, couldn't be more helpful. We had a minor problem with the air conditioner in the master bedroom and true to her word she promptly organised someone to sort it out. As far as the area itself is concerned I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk down to the village. The alternative by road runs beside a busy dual carriageway. The only negative was getting to a supermarket. Taxis are available in the village but we had a long wait for a taxi on our way back. However you have two small shops in the village which supply the basics. Many thanks Bernadette.

Amazingly kept property - Highly recommended

Having been to numerous Villas in the Costa over recent years, this one immediately stood out due to its impeccable condition, both inside and out. The house is incredibly well kept for a rental and the decor is also very nice.

The neighborhood is very quiet and the Cabopino beach and Marina a 15 walk away through the Artola reserve and its walkways.

In a nutshell, if you want a pleasant stay in a property that has all the amenities you could ever need, then this is the one. Location is perfect too, a short driver from all the Costa hostpots.

PS. Dinner at Da Bruno's, just across the motorway, is highly recommended.

Great family holiday

The Beach House Villa is great we had a fab time.

Everything was perfect the owner had thought of everything the kitchen was very well equipped plenty of crockery,glasses,cups etc even down to cups and plates for toddlers which was very handy for my grandson.

The bedrooms are all good sizes with comfy beds no complaints lovely white linen. Bathrooms all good sizes with tub and shower.

Plenty of space inside and out pool was great.

My grandson was very happy with his cot,highchair and Wendy House in the garden just couldn't fault anything. Nice quiet neighbourhood takes about 10mins to walk to beach which we done most days. Not to far to walk to bus stop which was a good service.

The owner was very good in responding to emails which is great especially when transferring money.

There was a information guide which was good plus the added phone number in case of emergency. The key safe was good as we asked if we could get into villa earlier than 16.00 again this was not a problem the owner also recommended a transfer company which we did use they was brilliant on time no problems

Went to a few restaurants nearby where the food we had was very good and reasonably priced. Supermarket was a bit of a walk but we found a short cut on the last day!!

I'm sure we will return again but perhaps we would hire a car.

Would definitely recommend to friends to go lovely house.

Very comfortable

We have just arrived back from a week at this wonderful villa and we all absolutely loved it. 6 of us, 4 adults and our 2 children aged 11 and 9 who were entertained the entire day by the heated pool. The villa was very well equipped for all our needs and was really comfortable. The walk to Cabopino was perfect walking distance and Cabopino itself was a lovely wee place and catered for our needs. Thank you for a terrific week, we will definitely consider a return to your villa in the future.

Gorgeous villa, fantastic pool

Had a one week stay here, 4 adults and our 2 year old boy.

Great villa had everything you could need. Loved the layout and outside space, which meant you could have your own space but also feel together.

Pool was fantastic our little boy loved it!

We paid for it to be heated and it was lovely!!

Shops and restaurants all in walking distance, broadwalk is lovely, small area of sand to get through before you get onto it but we managed with the pushchair still.

Had a problem with air con but Bernadette was fantastic and got it sorted ASAP for us.

Well known for its good, blue flag sandy beaches, accessed from our villa via a board walk through protected Pine/covered sand dunes.

The picturesque marina has a selection of good restaurants and Tapas bars.

Cabopino golf course is closeby the villa.
