Nice Apartment in a quiet part of Venice

Nice clean two bedroom place in a quiet part of Venice. Both bedrooms have ac units that work well, the lowest temperature setting was actually too cold, not something i see in Europe that often. We were able to check-in early and Gianfranco met us at a convenient spot. The response time about specific meeting/check-in was not immediate but when we called Gianfranco on What's App when we got to Venice he met us right away and was very helpful with some nice recommendations.

Great spot!

Only around a fifteen minute walk from the train station! Loved the neighbourhood, off the tourist path, great apartment, WILL stay there again next time I’m in town!

Very nice spacious flat in convenient, quiet location.

Very comfortable, enjoyed the airconditioning very much, The apartment is on the second floor overlooking the canal and is very well furnished. We enjoyed our stay very much and truely enjoyed being able to get away from the throngs and throngs of people. There is a really nice small restaurant just three doors down.
