This ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is located towards the back of the regency building so it's very peaceful with new wooden flooring and direct access from the living room to its own private garden, perfect for summer bbq, reading with a book or just relaxing on a hazy summer afternoon.

The stylishly furnished bright lounge with cable 40inch curved tv, WIFI, dining table and chairs, also a very big comfy new sofa that pulls out to a sprung double bed, which can easily sleep 2 additional guests, bedding is supplied with only the best 800 thread Egyptian cotton , also towels , In Fact everything you should need for the duration of your stay is supplied, if you have any further requirements I'm more than happy to accommodate and help if needed.
Situated minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars, artisan cafes, supermarkets, boutiques, shops, etc, but set back enough for peace and tranquility. I would also like to add that this apartment is used purely as a holiday home. Perfect for a romantic get away or a city/seaside break or just a home from home if working or visiting friends or family, sleeps up to 4 guests comfortabley.
You will have the entire apartment to yourselves, which is accessed from the front of the regency building into a small communal hallway to your own front door.
Interaction with guests
I only live a few roads away, so either myself or Rachel are always available for any requests, advice, questions or maybe just some recommendations on local restaurants, bars, cafes etc.
This apartment is situated just on the border of Brighton and hove on a quiet leafy road of beautiful bay fronted regency townhouses, a 2 min walk to the seafront. ( you can see the sea from outside the property.)
You really do have the best of both worlds here, walk to the bottom of the road, turn left and you head towards quirky .......Brighton with its many,many attractions or turn right for the more quiet hove with a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, cafes ,shops etc . Or straight ahead for the beach and promenade.
Situated in a very convenient location, with buses at the end of the road, that can take you to various places in and around Brighton and hove, although everywhere is accessible by foot, a taxi to or from the station is approximately 6 pounds.
Other things to note
Paid parking in the street and multi car park or free parking 10 min away you can park at Brighton train station for £13 a day
Please don't inquire if you are planning a drunken weekend, crazy clubbing or wild nights. This is a quiet residential home and I want to keep it this way.Included in the price is all your bed linen and towels.
