This is a large and extremely central flat, yet it is very quiet! It comfortably sleeps 6 people (king size double, twin room, single room)

This is a large and extremely central flat, yet it is very quiet for a comfortable nights sleep at the end of a long day. It comfortably sleeps 5 people (king size double, twin room, single room) with the ability to sleep an additional person on a zed bed. Property is in a great location and enjoys its own main door entrance and has a small outside area at the front by the main door with a table and chairs for if the weather is nice enough to sit outside.

The flat is located in the heart of popular New Town, less that a 5min walk from George Street and Princes Street. This means the apartment is within easy walking distance of all the main attractions but also from the train station, the airport bus stop and the trams. The tram goes all the way to the airport or a taxi is £20-£30. There is also a supermarket 2 min from the front door and numerous places for breakfast, lunch, supper and drinks a stones throw away. It really is is a wonderful location!

I would recommend not bringing a car as everything is walkable but if you do then it is worth mentioning that on Friday after 5.30pm there is free parking on many of the streets near the flat until Monday morning at 8.30am. Between the hours of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday you will need to pay and display. Parkopedia is a great site to look at parking in advance of your stay, or JustParkis an app that will help you book a space in advance so you don't have to think about it when you arrive.

Guests be met on arrival when possible to handover keys (or keys may be left in the key box which just allows a little flexibility) and then they will be left to enjoy their stay! The property doesn't have the grandest of entrances (through a shared court yard) but once inside we think you will love it as we have just finished doing it up!

It is also worth noting that also we own the property directly next door, and it is also a rental property. Should you wish to see details of the property next door please just ask- for a larger party it works well to rent both properties together. Excellent 3 Bed apartment in one of the best locations in Edinburgh

We spent a family New Year at this excellent apartment. The apartment is spacious, modern and wonderfully decorated. It accommodated the six of us comfortably. It is located in one of central Edinburgh's best locations, only 5 to 10 minutes walk from Princes Street.

The host Celia made us welcome and was keen to make sure our stay was a success.

Cosy, clean, comfy and SOO central

We loved the cosiness of this gorgeous bijou yet spacious apartment only 10 mins' walk from Edinburgh's centre, in a lovely area close to some great restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, and as well as a selection of soft towels we were provided with coffee, tea, washing-up liquid and salt (the addition of a small carton of milk or UHT pots would have made it perfect) as well as an unexpected bonus of toiletries. There were clear instructions for directions, key retrieval & heating, and the CD player came in very handy. It felt like a home away from home and we'd love to come back. Thank you Celia!

Edinburgh 2017

Location: excellent.5 miles from hop on off/ bus service etc

Unit: clean modern and well maintain

Owner: very supportive. Plane was early and they let's us in a hour plus before check in time

This allowed us to a little more time to see city

Con: minor - third bedroom small but comfortable. Good for child
