The Old Rectory is situated in the beautiful Cotswold village of Withington surrounded by rolling countryside. It is an outstanding Grade II* building dating from Medieval times. The village has a pub, Church and a post box. Cheltenham and Cirencester are 8 miles and 9 miles and offer a wide range of shopping and recreational facilities. There are many surrounding Cotswold villages to explore and walks around the Village of Withington itself.
The main house dates from around 1300 and is situated in a beautiful Cotswolds village with a pub serving food in a delightful pub garden. The Old Rectory is next door to the Church. The farmhouse loft is a newly created apartment which occupies the whole of the top floor of the farmhouse wing with views over the lawn and woodland. The farmhouse wing has its own entrance which leads into a beautiful double height reception hallway with wood burning stove. A flight of stone steps and then a flight of wooden steps lead up to the main apartment. The owners live in a different wing of the house altogether accessed through different doors, so the space does feel very private. The Farmhouse wing overlooks a paddock and also the front of the house, with far reaching views over the lake in front of the Main house.
