Semi-detached beach house with private patio and lawn in exclusive area at Pervolia village, Larnaca. Very quiet serene area, ideal for relaxation with gorgeous sunsets and sunrise views and the sound of waves. Open area with kitchen, sitting room and TV and dining room with seafront view. Outdoor natural stone patio by the sea for relaxing and dining. Green lawn leads to the beach.

Walking distance to Pervolia village square traditional tavernas, restaurants, pubs, souvlaki joints and coffee shops. Near local supermarket (3 min drive-15 min walk) with small bakery and butcher. Nearby village Kiti (5-7 min drive) has Lidl supermarket great bakeries and cafeterias.

Perfect for bicycling, windsurfing and kitesurfing. Near Kitemed and Kahuna kitesurfing clubs. Suitable for business trips. 10 min drive from Larnaca International Airport. 15 min drive from Mackenzie beach night life. 15-20 min drive from downtown Larnaca St. Lazarus Church.

Breakfast (bread, butter, marmalade, cheese, cold cuts, egg) provided upon request for minimum charge on first day of arrival. We do not cook breakfast, we can provide materials for breakfast for our guests' convenience on arrival.

Mid-week cleaning and laundry provided upon request for an extra charge. Please contact host for arrangements.

Car rental is recommended.

You can rent a car at Larnaca International Airport or in Pervolia village. Nuway car rental in Pervolia will bring you the car at the house or pick you up from the airport, and pick the car up from the house or airport when you leave. Discount available for guests.

Location

The house is located in a private compound with beach houses called "Kythrea Village", next to Socoriky Sea Gardens.

Walking distance to Pervolia village square with traditional tavernas, restaurants, pubs, kebab joints, coffee shops and local supermarket with small bakery and butcher. There are also restaurants, pubs and kiosks on main street a few minutes from the house. Bicycle lane along the road. Faros (Lighthouse) Cafeteria/restaurant Dipato with stunning views is walking distance on main street in the opposite direction to the village square.

The house is near Camel Park and conveniently located near Kitemed and Kahuna Surfhouse clubs and bicycle rental.

In nearby village Kiti you can find great bakeries and Lidl supermarket. Kiti village also has Diatiriteon traditional tavern frequented by locals from Larnaca.

10 min drive from Larnaca International Airport. Even though it is near the airport you cannot hear the planes as they have a different route to where the house is. 15 min drive from Mackenzie beach night life. 15-20 min drive from downtown Larnaca St. Lazarus Church, recommended for sight seeing.

The beach house is near highway junction leading to Limassol/Paphos, Nicosia and Ayia Napa.

Car rental is recommended.

Kythrea Village apartments is near Faros light house and e-hotel. It is located on the corner of Archiepiskopou Makariou III and Georgiou Seferi street, Pervolia.

As you drive from Faros light house towards Pervolia village on Archiepiskopou Makariou III main street, Georgiou Seferis side street is on your left. Kythrea village is the first complex on the left on Georgiou Seferis street. If you are driving from Pervolia village towards Faros lighthouse, Georgiou Seferi Street is on your right.

In Google Maps enter Directions from: Larnaca International Airport, Larnaka, Cyprus to Archiepiskopou Makariou III, Perivolia, Cyprus.
