This beautiful villa, has 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. Everything is new and tastefully decorated and all the new beds are king-sized. the views from this villa are fantastic, you will not be disappointed! It has a 51" HD TV, Wi-Fi broadband, air-conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and a brand new kitchen.A seperate dining room with double patio doors looks over the whole of Moraira, features a refectory table and leather chairs, where the whole family can eat together. The private pool is surrounded by terraces and has padded sunbeds, outside furniture and a hillside garden. A private secure drive for many cars. Outside each bedroom, chairs, sofas and tables are provided, on the many terraces, for those who are looking for a quiet space. Around the pool there is space for everyone to be together, or for the children to play, and have a drink or 2! and try out the new built-in Barbecue. All windows have safety shutters, and a safe is provided.

Hi, We are Steve and Sandy Jones and we bought this beautiful villa in Moraira because it was quite simply the best place we had ever discovered. We live half of the year here, and our ever-growing family come and visit us whenever they can. We just hope that visitors enjoy Moraira as much as we do, and see it as a wonderful home from home. We live in West Dorset, for the rest of our year, and can always be contacted by phone or email.

Why Sandy Jones chose Moraira

We bought this beautiful villa in Moraira , and have spent 2 years completely renovating it. Now it is finished, fully furnished , and decorated, we love it so much that we have decided to keep it and rent it out as a perfect holiday home. The views are fantastic, as it is on the hillside, but it is only a few minutes drive to town, and the sea.

What makes this villa unique

The villa is very large, with loads of space both inside and out, as it stands on a double plot. It is ideally suited to a large extended family, (like ours!) or a group of friends. Unlike most rental properties, this is furnished as if it were our own home, to a very high standard, which I am sure anyone holidaying here will appreciate. Also we can accept non Saturday bookings except in July and August.

Notes on accommodation: We will accept non saturday bookings ,except in July and august. We operate a fair usage policy on air conditioning. NB. this is a Non -smoking house, and if evidence of smoking inside is found, a full and deep clean of everything will have to be done, and your deposit will be forfeit. Outside: The terraces surrounding this villa, are totally tiled, and benefit from wonderful views. The large private pool is completely surrounded by terracing, with plenty of room for sunbeds. The garden is mostly on a sloping hillside, as is the private drive which has security gates from the road. Outside tables, chairs, padded sunbeds, sun umbrellas and a BBQ are all provided. This is a really lovely villa and a large family will have lots of space to really get away from it all! All new padded outdoor sofas and chairs are provided for those who want to really relax, in sun or shade. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are included, and are replaced mid holiday on 2 weeks rentals (beach towels are not included). Mid holiday cleans can be arranged at cost.. A welcome pack is also included. Other: Dining room, has one complete wall in glass, overlooking the bay of Moraira. All newly decorated and furnished. An antique Refectory table with leather chairs, with an amazing view while you dine! The wall lighting (or candles) makes a great atmosphere

Sandra, thanks for letting us use your villa. The villa is beautifully presented with all the facilities needed for the family. We throughly enjoyed the view - would never get tired of it. Moriara is a lovely town with a great atmosphere and a selection of restuarants and is only a short drive away. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, light, spacious, breathtaking views

Really gorgeous villa, with stunning views from most of the rooms across the bay of Moraira. A wonderful large lounge with comfy sofa's and spacious indoor eating area, all light and airy, again with stunning views, comfortable and clean. Great BBQ facilities and outside dining area, we spent many nights gazing across the bay just taking in the view which is just as lovely at night with all the twinkling lights. Jo and Adam were really helpful throughout our stay and made everything easy. Only a short drive into town with loads of great bars and restaurants. We particularly like the new French Patisserie (baked a divine passion fruit cake for my birthday) can't remember the name of it though, Raco de l'Arros for the paella and spent our last evening at El Chamizo (great BBQ'd fillet steaks, and delightful staff) over looking the sea. Loved every minute thanks.

The villa was exactly as described with amazing facilities. The pool especially was great. Lots of room for all 7 of us.

The villa isn't the easiest to find and definitely wouldn't want to stay without a rental car.

There was a great welcome on arrival and useful information was provided. Looking forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful time thank you. Your villa is excellent and of course the views absolutely stunning.

Thank you very much for the delightful welcome pack of essentials that we received on arrival. It was very thoughtful of you and a great way to get the holiday started without having to face the delights of the supermarkets straight away.

Moraira's sandy beach is a 4/5 min drive, and many other beaches are nearby, suitable for snorkelling, diving. The sandy beach at El Portet is a 7 /8 min drive, ideal for little ones as it is shallow .


Alicante is the nearest airport, about 50 mins drive.

Valencia is about 1 hour 15 mins drive.

A car is essential, but rentals are not expensive if you book early. There are lots of taxis in Moraira, and we can arrange airport pick-ups .Please ask for prices.


Moraira town centre, is about 3 or 4 KMS, 5 min drive to the free car park.Teulada, is the same. Calpe, Javea, and Denia are all within 20 mins

Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, are a 25 min drive towards Benidorm.

There are about 6 golf courses within a 20 min drive, including a 9 hole course in Moraira itself.

Further Details:

Moraira has many great bars, restaurants, clubs, and chic shops. There is a weekly market each Friday morning in Moraira and each Wednesday in Teulada.There is a childrens fairground in the town, and a Go-Kart track , bowling alley, just on the edge of town. Tennis, and mini golf at Sol Park, (edge of town)
