My well equipped top floor apartment has 2 balconies with views to the sea, facing south to catch the sun from mid-morning to sunset. The large shared pool has a children's splash section and there are sun beds, and stunning sea views. Close by the San Blas Centre, shops, bank ATMs, restaurants and bars. It is a short walk down to the seafront where a lovely cliff-top path takes you to more restaurants, beaches with good snorkeling and diving, the Marina, the traditional fishing village of Los Abrigos where you can eat delicious fresh seafood, and beyond into scenic open country with cacti and views of Mount Teide.There are two Internationally rated beautiful golf courses within walking distance. Tennis, bowls and water sports are also nearby. There is also a market held weekly where you can spend hours searching for bargains amongst the many stalls. Just a 15 minute drive from the airport. Golf del Sur is a very unhurried and relaxed location.

About Jan Warren
I live in Dukinfield on the borders of Stalybridge, which nestles close to the beautiful Pennines and Derbyshire National Park. I was a director of my own travel company along with my sister for 32 years and retired just a few years ago. During that time I travelled extensively across the world visiting nearly every country imaginable, and enjoyed every minute of the years spent running my business. During those years I learned Spanish. I now have taken up an interest in painting and developing my landscaped garden. For a time I had an interest in appearing in amateur dramatic shows for charity, and was involved in singing in local stage operas. I am still known to take to the stage to sing! I still love to travel to different countries, but look forward to staying in my lovely Apartment.

I decided to buy a holiday apartment, somewhere where I could enjoy endless all year round sunshine and be close to the sea. Having travelled extensively world wide but loving the Spanish life style, I thought of Spain but found mainland Spain too cold in the winter, hence my choice of Southern Tenerife. I chose Golf del Sur because of its sophistication, short distance from the Airport, its tasteful low-rise developments and spectacular coastal path connecting Beaches, Coves, Restaurants and the Marina. I chose this apartment because of its pretty and charming Spanish whitewashed traditional appearance, its lovely pool and stunning sea view, also its convenient location near beach, shops, restaurants, banks and golf.

The apartment is located in a sought after position, my second floor apartment has 2 balconies with views to the sea. The balconies face South West, the bedroom balcony has sun all day and the main balcony has sun from mid-morning until sunset - ideal for relaxing on the provided sun loungers enjoying panoramic sea views, or for just dining alfresco.The well appointed spacious lounge is light and airy with high quality comfortable and modern furnishings. The lounge and bedrooms also face away from the road so there is very little disturbance from any outside noise, and does not directly over look the pool area. The apartment is ideally situated for beach, restaurants, shops, banks, golf and other amenities. It is also conveniently located for Taxis to and from the Airport and buses.

Great Apartment and Location
Spent a lovely week with my husband and children in this great apartment. Having spent many holidays in Golf del sur this apartment is in an ideal location, next to shops, bars and restaurants in San Blas and around the corner from bus stop where you can get bus to Los Christians, El Medano, etc. Pool area was great as unlike hotels there was always beds available at any time of the day and was kept very clean. The owner Jan was very helpful and made the booking process very easy and provided us with all the information with regards to the apartment and surrounding area before our arrival. An Amazing Apartment and Area
I travelled here with my husband and children aged 14 and 10. This apartment has everything you need it’s like from home to home. To wake up every morning and see the sea view was a bonus and something I will really miss to see. The near by shops & restaurants are a short walk away and are cheap & cheerful to eat out and there are so many deals available to eat out. Don’t forget to try restaurants near the harbour too the pancake house is a must. We all had breakfast and dinner at the Arcadia bar/restaurant near the apartment and it was so tasty. Would highly recommend this too. We also spent every night there listening to the entertainment whilst having some sangrias. The pool area is kept nice & clean & great for couples or families. The local residents were very polite and it was nice meeting different families too. My children loved the pebble beach as the waves were big & it was like being in a wave pool. I would highly recommend this apartment have no negative comments about it & cannot wait to return with my husband and children. Thank you so much Jan for a lovely smooth booking & constantly keeping in touch with us and wishing us all a lovely holiday, we had such an amazing time.

The property was good, clean and perfect for all our requirements
All rooms were a nice size, and clean and tidy. The balcony suited us perfectly as it provided sunshine from morning to night, yet shade if that was required.

A homely apartment with spectacular views and excellent location
We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed there over the new year period and had the most amazing time.
The weather was hot and it was surreal sitting out on Boxing Day in 25 degrees obviously with a cold beer!
The location of the apartment could not have been better for local bars, restaurants and shops. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and it caught the sun virtually all day.
The Sand Club estate was kept to an extremely high standard, very clean and well presented, as was the apartment.
The process of booking was extremely easy and the owner was very helpful and conscientious that the holiday went without hiccup. Which it did.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would return ~ the only major downside to this holiday was that we had to come home!!

From the apartment, it is 10 minutes leisurely stroll to the spectacular coastal path, with stunning views which leads to volcanic sand and rock beaches with sun beds and parasols, rocky coves, restaurants and a Marina. Ladders give access from the rocky areas into the sea for snorkeling and diving. The picturesque fishing village of Los Abrigos is also a short walk (25 mins) away.
Getting to the Apartment from the Airport and Return. Golf del Sur is 15 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport (the main airport in Southern Tenerife, where there are always plenty of Taxis available 24 hours a day.) All amenities are close by, and there is plenty to do locally without any transport at all. If you want to explore Tenerife more extensively use a hire car or use very frequent cheap buses.

20 minutes walk to the fishing village of Los Abrigos with seafood restaurants.
15 minute drive or 30 minutes by frequent and cheap buses to resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos.

At the San Blas Centre 5 minutes leisurely stroll away from the apartment, there are banks, shops, supermarket, wide selection of bars many with nightly entertainment, and very good quality and reasonably priced restaurants, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, French and English cuisine. Going to the sea front towards the marina, and in Los Abrigos there is also a selection of bars and restaurants. Many complexes around have bars and restaurants. The Golf Club has tennis courts and crazy golf; Winter Gardens has bowls, gym and spa; Spa Atlantis has aqua aerobics, treatments and massages.
