About Mr Paul Eichmann
We live in England and have a grown up family and 2 cats. We both work and try to visit Spain at least 4 times a year. We fell in love with the peaceful and friendly urbanisation on which our house is situated whilst visiting friends (who own the house next door).

Why Mr Paul Eichmann chose Torrevieja
We love Torrevieja because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the close proximity of friendly bars and restaurants to the El Coral urbanisation's means that there is always somewhere different to eat,drink and socialise within a short walking distance. The local bus runs every 40 min. and is just a few minutes walk from our property. It will take you into Torrevieja town with its beautiful beach, promenade and marina. The bus will drop you off at the bus station by the Marina.
What makes this House unique
There are 4 golf courses within 20min drive, and our property is situated within a 10min walk from the famous therapeutic salt lakes. The Carrefour hypermarket and Las Habaneras Shopping Centre are 20 walk or a short drive away and are definitely worth a visit. There is also a nearby water park which is open during the summer months. We can highly recommend the organised coach trips by " Coach Trips S.L " which are advertised in local free newspaper. Company boss David, with the help of his fiancee Mags, works hard to ensure that each excursion is enjoyable and problem free for customers and his impressive knowledge about Spanish history and geography ensures that, no matter how many trips you go on, you always learn something new.

Fantastic house, very clean and tidy. A home from home. Everyone in the urbanisation was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The neighbours were great made us feel right at home and very welcoming and friendly.
The pool was great always warm and inviting the whole place was clean and well looked after. Loads of positives for this place and is within walking distance to a variety of places but in the spanish heat can be a killer. Would definitely go back again but next time would definitely hire a car. If you have young children I'd say if you wanted to get and about really think about getting a car. It is manageable with out one but you will be limited, there is a bus service which we never used as we just got taxis's. Over all we all loved it and really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks

Alicante Airport is a 30-40 minute drive to the property. A car hire is available at the airport or we can arrange an airport transfer for you.
The nearest village is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. The salt lakes are a 5 minute walk away. There are various organised coach trips available at a very reasonable price (advertised in all the local free newspapers).
The property is within easy distance of friendly bars, restaurants and shops. The large Carrefour Hypermrket and Las Habanera shopping precinct are approximately a 15 minute walk away and there is also a weekly street market in Torrevieja and a nightly market (perfect for gift shopping by the Marina in Torrevieja town centre or you can sit outside the many cafes bars and restaurants which can be found a little further along the promenade from the Marina and watch the world go by.
A book is available in the house detailing many things/activities you may find useful (e.g. details of places to visit, taxi numbers, coach trips, restaurants, equipment hire, etc.)
Additional pricing information
Booking Notes: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival along with a security deposit of 150.00 euros. The security deposit will be refundable within 2 weeks of vacation of the property, provided that subsequent inspection by the key holder/caretaker reveals that no damage or breakages have been detected. Changeover Day: Changeover days are flexible. All guests must vacate the property by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Keys to the property will not be available before 3:00 pm on any arrival date unless by prior arrangement. Notes on prices: These prices are based on 2 people occupying the property. Multiple occupancies will be priced upwards accordingly. Exact amount will be quoted on request.
