Notes on accommodation: The complex is gated and has 24 security. Underground parking. Air-conditioning and heating throughout and is ideal for use all year round. Outside: 3 swimming pools surrounded by tropical gardens, waterfalls and lily ponds. Sun loungers are provided. There is a sauna and gym and a life guard is on hand during peak seasons. The property has direct and easy access to all pools the main large pool is outside the doorstep, just 3 - 4 metres away. Utility Room: Sink, Bosch appliances, including washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cleaning equipment and large storage cupboard housing clean towels, sheets and bedding. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. Apartment is cleaned before and after each booking. Other: Living room leads out onto a comfortable terrace with views of gardens and one of the pools. There are two wicker sofas and two armchairs, table and side table and very comfortably seats 6. The property has direct access to one of the pools (3-4 metres).

Location

Special interest holidays:

The historic town, Ronda is a little over an hour's drive away as is Granada, famous for Alhambra Palace. Nerja is about an hour away famous for its ancient town and caves and lovely beaches. The Aqua park is a 15 minute drive as is the local zoo. There is a local travel agent which runs excursions to all places of interest including all the above as well as safari tours, swimming with dolphins, trips to Gibraltar etc.

Coast/Beach:

Las Chapas and La Perla beach are a very short stroll away (3 minutes) with their clean golden sands. Beach bars include Laurel, The Beach House, Cristinas and the famous Nikki Beach with its music, fine restaurant, four poster sunbeds and evening beach fires. Cabopino bay is within walking distance with its pretty beach and port and surrounding restaurants and bars.

Travel:

A car is not essential for your stay in Elviria as all you will need for that perfect holiday is accessible and on your doorstep. A local bus stop is close by where there are regular buses to take you into Marbella with its old town and Puerto Banus or in the other direction, Mijas and Fuengirola where the aqua park is situated. A taxi rank is situated very close by. Malaga airport is about a 25 minute drive away.

Distances:

Shops, beach bars, tapas bars, banks, supermarkets, deli, cafes and fantastic restaurants are all a very short stroll away.

Puerto Banus is a ten minute drive away.

The pretty towns of Ronda and Casares are short drives away.

Seville and Granada are both a little over an hour drive.
