Sunny weather beckons all year round (well, almost!). Except for the monsoon months from August to October, it is bright and cheerful in Penang. However, travellers not used to Asia’s hot and humid climate should pack a cap, water bottle and cool pair of shades when out exploring!

The development is on the water front with the marina and significant length of promenade long the sea wall. The nearest beach is a short drive away along the northern coast which has numerous small and peaceful beaches along it the first one is less than 2km away. Gurney Drive is just 2km away towards Georgetown popular coastal road with numerous local food stalls along it and famous for all the local delicacies.


Penang International Airport is 22km away and has regular international flights from region hubs such as Singapore and Bangkok as was hourly connections to Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur. Once arrived by plane the airport has good highway links to the historic city of Georgetown from where Straits Quay is a short drive along the northern coast out of town and is just a little further than the renowned Gurney Drive.


The ferry port which has numerous ferries hourly to Butterworth on the mainland as well as ferries to the island of Langkawi and to Sumatra in Indonesia is in the centre of Georgetown from where the Straits Quay is only a short drive away.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 25% is required on confirming the booking with the balance paid in full 8 weeks before the start of the vacation, can be paid in any currency into Malaysian bank account.

A €250 security deposit is required and to be paid on arrival to the condo manager, this will be returned at the end of the vacation in the same currency, subject to any losses and breakages.

Changeover Day:
Check in and check out can be very flexible and every effort will be done to work around your requirements.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
