Air conditioned, Duplex with 2 good sized bedrooms and large sunny terraces.

A recently refurbished and fully air-conditioned, bright & airy duplex in a small residence on the Cap d'Antibes, located just 100 meters from the famous Garoupe Beach. With the accommodation spread out over 2 floors and with 2 large private terraces, offering the perfect mix of sun traps with sun loungers or shady areas, comfortable cushioned seating area with large sun shade and large dining table, where you can enjoy using the BBQ. Perfect for entertaining and safe for children. The property has a feel and space of a house not an apartment with the living, dining and kitchen area is on the upper floor with some sea views, along with a shower room. A spiral staircase (it should be pointed out that this may cause a problem for anyone with walking difficulties) takes you downstairs to the 2 bedrooms and main bathroom on the lower floor. As a professional management company, we will be there to meet you on arrival to show you around and deal with any queries you may have and don't worry if you arrive late as a delicious welcome hamper will be waiting with all those essentials and some treats too. We will be available throughout your stay to deal with any further queries or problems you may have. We can help you with anything from airport transfers (cheaper than getting a taxi at the airport) to day boat charters.

Perfectly situated with excellent amenities

My family (of four) spent a perfect week here in August. The property itself is clean and comfortable with excellent sitting room, two bedrooms, bathroom and second shower and WC. The kitchen and barbecue are ideal for self-catering. The large outside sitting, dining and sunbed area is on two levels offering a choice of sun or shade at all times of the day. The beaches, restaurants, hotels and watersports of Cap D'Antibes are literally across the road, and shops for essentials are a two-minute walk away. Antibes itself can be reached quickly by foot, bicyle or road, and Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo are short drives away. Bicyles and satellite TV/bluray are available to help with going out or staying in. I must add that Stuart, the property’s manager, smoothed our arrival and departure and enhanced our stay with helpful insider knowledge of the area. I can't fault this place and am very glad we chose it.

Huge private terrace and 30 seconds from the beach

Stayed here in June 2011. More like a small house than apartment and a huge split level terrace with ample outdoor furniture for dining and sunbathing. Met by Manager and shown round and all aspects of apartment explained. Has Sky plus TV with all channels you can think of and a DVD player. Internet access and a small laptop computer supplied so you can leave yours at home!. BBQ for outside dining and compact kitchen with everything you need. Local shops five minutes walk, but car recommended if serious sight seeing proposed. Also two bicycles provided for your use which allows runs into Juan Les Pain or Antibes. Beach and good restaurants just 30 seconds away with wide range of prices to suit all budgets. Great walks around Cap and into Antibes if feeling energetic. All linen and towels provided. Beach towels can be provided at an extra charge.

Die Enttäuschung war schon recht groß, als wir die alles andere als ansprechende Wohnung betraten. Unter Luxus verstehen wir was anderes. Die Wohnung hält nicht im geringsten, was die Bilder versprechen. Nicht nur, dass die Farbe an vielen Ecken und Enden bröckelt, nein, auch mit der Sauberkeit hapert es. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich einen anderen Standart.

Die Krönung all dessen ist die Wendeltreppe, die den Kellerbereich

( zwei Schlafzimmer und Bad) mit dem Wohnessbereich verbindet.

Das Begehen der Treppe ist nur in verdrehter Haltung möglich und für schwergewichtige Menchen ausgeschlossen. Sehr schade!!!!!!!!!!

Das einzig Schöne war der wirklich sehr kurze Weg zum Strand (Bucht), wenn diese nicht immerzu überfüllt gewesen wäre.

Ölsardine Deluxe, auch schade !!!!!!!!

The Cap d'Antibes is a small piece of paradise in the aptly named Cote d'Azur. The property is just 100 meters away from Garoupe Beach, where you will find a variety of restaurants catering to all budgets, a lovely public beach where the children can play in the clear blue sea and those wanting to treat themselves can take a sun lounger with waiter service on the restaurant's private pontoon. This is also the start to one of the most beautiful walks along the coastline. The Cap d'Antibes is also home to a number of millionaires chateau and dream residences; the famous "Eden Roc", hotel is reputed to be the most beautiful hotel in the world and can be found at the point of the "Cap". The towns of Antibes and Juan les Pins are just a couple of minutes away by car... or a pleasant walk.
