Lovely holiday home
Stunning 5 star managed property with an amazing garden and swimming pool.
We had an awesome family break here for the second time this year.
It was only for a few days but the rooms are spacious, the children loved the swimming pool and there are lots of things to do in Cambridge (punting, Seeing the cathedral or university).
Fully recommend and the owner is always willing to help and go the extra mile.
This place is only 40 minutes away from where we live so we will be back.
Thank you James for another memorable family break.
It was lovely to see you all again and seeing you and the children enjoying both the house and facilities. Please come again soon!
Very prompt when request regarding booking. We had my daughter's hen weekend at the house. Breathtaking from opening the front door. The house so perfectly set out for family events. Beautiful setting, very well kept. Would recommend this house to everyone that is considering booking. James was very helpful and accommodating too. We had a guest chef who confirmed the kitchen area was fabulous for him to work in too. We had a mad hatters afternoon tea in the dinning room and had ample space with 18 of us. The pool area is fabulous too and definitely an added bonus. I promise you won't be disappoint booking Beechwood House it is beautiful. Thank you so much James. Best wishes Sue
Thank you for your kind words Sue, and I'm delighted you all enjoyed your stay at Beechwood House and that everything was as you hoped it would be and met with your full expectations. You would all be welcome back any time!
Idyllic place to stage a family get-together
We had an absolutely perfect family birthday weekend in this beautiful house and garden. It was ideal for us as a group and for young and old... a wonderful country walk on the Saturday, a pub lunch on the Sunday, delicious home-made meals provided by our family on two nights and two mornings, and multiple swims in the indoor pool for the two youngest and their mum.
We were also overwhelmed not only by the gracious space and decor of the house, and the delightful garden, but especially by the owners' generosity in leaving us flowers, chocolates, fruit and even a birthday cake! These caring and personal touches went way beyond the call of duty and made us feel so welcome.
We will definitely be recommending Beechwood House, and hope to return there one day ourselves.
You are most welcome and thank you for your kind words, acknowledgement of our attention to detail is very much appreciated and makes all our efforts worthwhile. James
