Why Felicity Cunliffe-Lister chose Kingsbridge
I grew up in East Prawle and still have family and friends in the village. It is a beautiful location, remote and peaceful.
What makes this House unique
The 180 degree views of the sea are amazing. The house is of modern build and warm and comfortable with big windows. It is set into the cliffs below the village, a short walk away. The access road to the house is private and very quiet, the coastal path is only a field away. Walking, birdwatching, star gazing, fishing off the rocks and beaches are all on your doorstep.

We had a lovely weekend - thank you
Very spacious. Ideal location. Well equipped.
Enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a quiet location, but only 6 minutes walk to the village. There were 7 adults in our party and the house is very large and could accommodate us easily. There is locally very good footpaths and interesting coves to explore.
What a welcoming home, what a view! I’m looking forward to coming back already. A piece of paradise
Felicity has been incredibly helpful from the start, even before booking this property, which was a big reason I ended up booking it in the first place. The house is fab, location to die for. I will be returning again ALOT!
Many thanks Tracy - really glad you enjoyed your stay!
