6/10 Okay

Good location, but...
The apartment is very well located in Rome. Unfortunately the apartment needs a through cleaning and vacuuming especially under the beds. Some of the furniture is really dilapidated. We found the toaster stored together with the cleaning material under the wash-up. All the instructions of all the implements were only in one language, Italian. Space is very limited in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very small with very limited work space. The beds, fridge, stove and washing machines are in perfect working condition. Another plus is the air-conditioning. None of the TV channels were understandable for us as English viewers.

Disappointed in facility
Location was wonderful. Bedrooms were cramped and very small with little room to move around the beds making it difficult to dress. Could not open closet doors fully as they hit the bed. Kitchen was also very small with few supplies. There was mold on the ceilings in the bathrooms. Showers were so small you had difficulty bending down to pick things up which was necessary as there were no soap or shampoo holders. Picture make it seem like a luxurious apartment, this is not the case. Would not reccomend.

Rome - I hope to come back!
The answer to maybe the most important question is: would I stay there again? Without hesitation YES. The owner arranged transportation both from the airport to the apartment and also from the apartment to the airport. When on the next to our last day we inadvertently locked ourselves out with no money, Giulia was there within a very reasonable time to rescue us! It was only my granddaughter and me so we did not use the pullouts and I can’t comment on them. We did use the washer, small by US standards, but no other kitchen appliances. On either side of the outside door is a coffee shop and gelato store. We actually found another coffee shop off the tourist route and went there each morning. The location is phenomenal. Watching the flow of people on via del Corso from the large double window was in itself entertaining. I’m not one to nitpick. Excellent people to work with.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights and it was a perfect layout for our needs. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed, lots of sleeping space and the location was absolutely fabulous! Would definitely book again and would recommend to others!
