A double-fronted, end-terrace house, ideally situated in the centre of the developing fishing village of Amble. A short walk from the harbour and beaches, this is the perfect location for families or groups of friends to enjoy a seaside cottage holiday. Three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, spacious kitchen with dining area and an original stone-built feature fireplace with efficient wood-burner. A second fireplace houses an electric log effect burner in the lounge, just the place to curl up on the sofa after a long day exploring. To the rear of the property is a conservatory and an enclosed rear yard which doubles for a parking area in addition to being a sunny secure outside area. Henderson House makes an ideal base from which to explore Northumberland's beautiful Heritage Coast, countryside, castles and renowned National Park.

The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with bath with shower over.

Ground floor cloakroom. The kitchen has dining area and woodburner, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. The sitting room has electric log effect fire, TV,DVD, CD, radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Conservatory has French doors to rear courtyard. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.

Cot and highchair on request.

Off road parking for up to 2 cars, additional roadside parking available.

Lockable bike storage.

Enclosed yard to rear with furniture.

Shops, pub and beach 2 mins walk.

Bookings can only start on a Saturday.

Short breaks are only bookable by phone on 01665 721380, they must start on a Saturday and are priced the same as the current weekly rate.

Nice big house. Lovely and clean. Every thing you need. And only 5 minutes walk from the sea. Tv reception terrible was the only downside really

We loved the Northumberland coast

We loved being so close to the Northumberland coast and walking on loads of beaches, seeing seals and dolphins. The cottage is convenient for shops and restaurants. The town of Amble isn't that picturesque but it's a great coastal location. Lovely to have a woodburner.

Lovely house with plenty of space for a family holiday

Owners very welcoming and friendly. There to meet us on arrival and went round the house explaining how everything worked.

Lovely big kitchen with everything needed. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Conservatory gave us extra space to spread out and great for the children to play in on the several wet days that we had!
