Quiet street in the very heart of London just behind Oxford Street, this splendid, homely, well equipped duplex apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 5.

Very spacious home with high ceilings in a traditional privately owned central London mansion block. Close to the London Edition 5* Hotel (George Cloony's favourite), the apartment has a large living/dining room (complete with a beautiful Steinway piano for those inclined to play), Bose sound dock, separate and well equipped kitchen, hairdryer, one king-size bed, one double bed, and one sofa-bed. Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. provided free of charge). A travel cot is also available.

The living areas are on the ground floor. There is a staircase to the lower ground floor, where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The bedrooms are very quiet with large windows; there is nobody else living above them and the windows are triple and secondary glazed.

Beautiful flat, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Justin's flat. The flat is beautiful - pictures don't do it justice! Had everything we needed for a 4 day weekend. Very quiet at night, despite being so central with great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Highly recommend.

Outstanding flat in a perfect location!!

We could not have asked for a better home base for our short trip to London.

The location in Fitzrovia is perfect. Steps from Oxford Street but on a quieter side street adjacent to the very posh London EDITION hotel. A short walk to both the Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road tube stations. We were either walking distance or a short tube ride from everything we wanted to do.

The flat was well equipped with all of the amenities of a 5-Star hotel plus the benefits of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. 3 Of is we’re more than comfortable in the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large bathroom in particular was spectacular.

Justin and Niamh were terrific hosts. They were super responsive prior to our trip and answered any questions we had. Niamh met us at the flat and explained everything thoroughly.

Would definitely stay here again if they would have us. Highly recommend.

Ideal Flat in great London location

Fitzrovia is the neighborhood of London that I like to stay in - walking distance to lots of theatres, museums and restaurants. This one was ideally located and very comfortable for us (3 adults) with 2 modern and well-equipped bathrooms and good-sized bedrooms. The only caveat is for anyone who isn't comfortable with a steep, curving staircase, which goes down from the main floor to the bed- and bathrooms.

I will definitely rent this property again on future visits to London.

Nice accommodations and well located to see the sights.

Spacious two bedroom unit. Living room, dining room and kitchen are upstairs. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one with en suite, are downstairs. Nicely decorated. Owners were readily available and helpful. All questions were quickly answered. Three adults were comfortable and we would stay there again if we return.
