This studio is called after Molly Malone who was one of Ireland's famous barrow girls dating back to the 1600's.
Located on the 2nd floor this studio is bright and as it's located at the back of the house it is wonderully quiet and peaceful.
It is warm and cosy and has all the facilities to make the guest feel like they are at home away from home.
There is a standard double bed and a pull down sofa bed suitable for 1 person making it the perfect located for 3 people or a couple with a child.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and regular oven and cooker. All utensils are provided for convenience.
We also provide WIFI and cable TV and there is a private bathroom with shower & a hairdryer.
Freshly laundered towels and bed linen are all provided.
The supermarket, bakery, cafe are all within a 5 minute walk and there are great pubs and restaurants in the area also.
There is an excellant bus service outside the front door which will take you to the city in 10 min
Refurbished to an extremely high standard this beautiful Victorian house has all the classic charm of years gone by but has all the modern comforts of today.
Each apartment has been lovingly restored and where possible the original features have been kept such as the marble fireplace and the high ceilings with coving. This gives a feeling of space and airiness that is hard to find in modern accommodations.
All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, cooker, fridge, iron, ironing board and hairdryer to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as can be.
Freshly laundered bed clothes and towels are also provided.
Laundry facilities are available also to guests free of charge.
Maps and information leaflets are provided in the apartment to help guests choose the best sights and things to do and see while staying there.
There is an excellent bus service right outside the front door so you can reach downtown in 10 minutes or less. Buses run regularly and are reliable. We suggest getting a Leap card to make life easier as most buses require exact change.
We are just a 3 minute walk from the supermarket which also has a pharmacy, bakery and butchers so you will have everything you need.
There are some lovely restaurants just 10 minute walks away and some wonderful pubs that play Irish music nightly.
The famous Guinness Storehouse is close at hand as well as the Jameson Distillery both of which run tours regularly and are worth a visit. Dublin is also renowned for it's famous Temple bar area for entertainment which is a bus ride away.
For art lovers the Irish Museum of Modern Art is 15 minutes away and the National Museum of Ireland is 10 minutes away.
Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, Ryan's Victorian Pub, St. Patricks Cathedral, are just some other of the many wonderful attractions that are available.
If you enjoy a stroll in the park then you are perfectly located to visit the beautiful Phoenix Park which has a playground and houses Dublin Zoo. It is well worth a visit and is only an 8 minute walk away. Bike hire is available here also.
For a small fee we can provide an airport transfer if requested and for anyone hiring a car there is free on street parking right outside the house.

I manage to meet most guests on arrival but if I can't I nearly always get to meet them before they check out.
I'm always available by phone or email and am happy to assist guests in any way I can.
If I'm unable to meet guests on arrival I will email details of where to find the keys on arrival.
This is a residential area and our property is located on a beautifully tree lined which runs right up the the entrance of the Phoenix Park. This park is the largest urban park in Europe and houses Dublin Zoo and the presidential home and offices as well as a children's playground. It is a wonderful park to visit and spans over 1750 acres.
The street also has beautiful Victorian red bricked houses all along it which date back to the 18th century so it really is a taste of old Dublin.
There is a major supermarket just 3 minutes walk as well as a pharmacy, bakery, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and many other amenities all within easy walking distance.
There are several bus routes right outside the house which will take you directly to the city centre in less than 10 minutes.
The 46A is a bus that stops right outside the house and will take you straight into the city. Busses are regular and reliable and we suggest getting a Leap card to make paying fares a little easier. This is available from most newsagents.
You can walk to the centre of Dublin as well in approx 30 minutes.
We are just a few minutes from the light rail system called "The Luas" which services the outer regions of Dublin if you plan on exploring outside of the city centre.
Heuston Train station is approx 10 minutes by car and Connolly Station is approx 25 minutes by car.
Taxis can be arranged upon request and if you need an airport transfer we can arrange this also for a fee.

I come from a family background in the hospitality industry.
I grew up in Kildare which is about 45 minutes from Dublin and worked for many years in my parents hotel there.
I emigrated to New York for a number of years and when I returned in 1990 I purchased this property in Dublin City.
As I am a qualified builder and carpenter I undertook to restore this house over a number of years and restore it to some of its former glory. As you can see from the pictures there are a lot of original features which I managed to retain and I am pleased that I can finally share them with people from all over the world.
I am now living in Kildare again and am married with a daughter.
As my parents before me I am committed to providing all of my guests with a wonderful holiday experience in a beautiful period house. I am available at all times for my guest either by phone or email and am happy to answer any query.

I chose this location for the proximity to the city centre and of course the beautiful Victorian Redbrick lined North Circular Road.
These properties are a feature of Dublin and are preserved by Dublin Council. The fact that the Phoenix Park and the Botanic gardens are within walking distances is an absolute plus, providing plenty of recreational activity. Numerous pubs, restaurants are within walking distance and I feel that the house provides a sense of character and charm not matched by modern buildings and houses.
There are a number of benefits to staying in this property. Located close to the heart of the city of Dublin there is an excellant transport system by bus and light rail that means all of the sights can be visited with the minimum of fuss. The building itself is a beautiful Victorian property that has unique charm while offering all the modern comforts that a guest could expect.
The location is ideal as it is quiet while being convenient to all shopping, sights, transport, museums etc. that makes a holiday. Located beside the Phoenix park which is Europe's largest urban park the traveller can have a taste of the country while still remaining in the city.

The tenant receives two keys to the apartment. One key will open the front and the other key will open the internal door.

Any additional cleaning costs incurred by the proprietor may be passed on to the tenant.
The rental property including the furniture and other contents are to be treated with care. The tenant is held responsible for the actions of other people, including any guests or visitors they might have within the apartment.
The tenant is liable for any damaged goods, damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property, whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests or visitors.
Faults that are found during the rental period are to be reported to the proprietor immediately.
Animals are not allowed.
No late night parties. Noise levels must not be unduly loud.
The rental price is per property for the duration of the rental period.
50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.

The house is clean, near city centre of Dublin! Good Location and Good landlord! I suggest this apartment for Dublin and even the price is good respect other price in Dublin!
A great clean apartment in a nice nighbourhood. Close to a Tesco supermarcet and everything you need. We went nearly everyday to the city, with bus is really easy, too.
We stayed 4 nights in Molly Malone Studio and were fully satisfied with what we were getting! The studio was well equipped, clean and quiet. 10 minutes of walk to Phoenix Park (and Dublin Zoo). Bus station (46A) in front of the house with direct connection to O'Connell Street. Very close to the nearest Tesco. We also appreciated the little kitchen for preparing breakfast.
I want to thank Liam for the his professionality and very good communication. He provided us all necessary info that helped us in a short time to get oriented in the city and recognise what's really worth to see.
My boyfriend and I stayed in the Molly Malone studio from Nov 1 - Nov 12, 2016. It was VERY clean, and Liam was incredibly helpful with anything that we needed. The neighborhood was safe, and the bus stop was very close. We love Dublin, and would stay at this apartment again.
We recently spent 7 days in Dublin playing tourist. We stayed in the Molly Malone studio during our stay. It totally met our needs and Liam was great to work with. We liked the convenience of accessing the city buses to get to various location around the city. We felt safe living and walking around the neighborhood. The only slight downside was the apartment was a bit small for the 2 of us and all of our luggage but we knew the size when we booked the studio. Also the shower is very small. It worked for us but a larger or tall person may have issues. The internet connectivity was slow and intermittent at times. We would definitely stay there again but would reserve one of them larger apartments.
Really enjoyed our stay. Very close to shops pubs and parks. Clean & tidy. A short drive to the city centre. Our first time away with a young baby. Almost everything we needed in the apartment. This house is a beautiful Victorian building on a tree lined street adjacent to the Phoenix Park and and Botanic Gardens situtated just 10 minutes by bus from the city centre.
There is an excellent public transport service right outside the front door so a car isn't necessary.
There is a major supermarket just 3 minutes walk away as well as a pharmacy, bakery, butchers, medical centre and a laundromat for guests that need this facility.
There are cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance (max 10 minutes) and one pub in particular plays traditional Irish music nightly and has to be visited during your stay. It's an old Irish pub and people gather nightly to play here. Not to be missed!
There are also excellent restaurants so if you don't want to cook you could pop into L. Mulligan's Bistro (check out the review it got in the NY Times), Plan B, Cucina, My Thai and various cafes for that all important cup of coffee and chat.
We have eaten in all of these establishments and we couldn't fault any of them so rest assured that you won't be disappointed.
If you plan on eating in the city then it's only a short bus ride or walk to find a wealth of restaurants and places to eat that will take your breath away. The quality and standard of food in Dublin not to mention the variety is second to none so there really is something for everyone.
There are also some takeaways nearby so if you don't want to cook or if you don't want to venture out this is an option also.
