A comfortable, 2 bedroom 3rd floor apartment in Central Nerja sleeping up to four guests. Situated in the centre of this unspoilt Spanish coastal town it is close to 3 beaches, shops, supermarkets, Tapas bars and restaurants. Additionally, there is a shared large pool and communal gardens for your use. The flat is in a five storey apartment block and is accessed by a grand entrance hall and is served by 2 lifts or stairs and has it's own caretaker. Close by to El Salvador Church and the Balcon De Europe and is an ideal choice for wedding guests.

About Mrs Donna Manners

We live in London and as a family we have been visiting Nerja since 1998. We rented our property for several years before purchasing it from the former owner. We always felt so comfortable and totally home from home at the flat and have over the years we've had it, added lots of personal touches to make our visitors stays enjoyable with everything one could wish for to hand. We visit Nerja 3 or 4 times a year and always feel we are 'going home' every time go back. We love the Spanish unspoilt way of life in the town and of course the excellent climate on offer.

Why Mrs Donna Manners chose Nerja

We love Nerja and the flat is located very centrally in the centre of the town. Everything in a stones throw away and on hand. Beaches, shops, restaurants and of course the Balcon De Europa. Nerja was a former fishing village and there are still remnants today of the old way of life. It's unspoilt Spanish way of life continues with the fishermen's catch and farmers fruit and vegetables still sold on the street corners. The bus station is also just at the top of the road with regular buses to Malaga so a car is not really necessary.

What makes this apartment unique

Convenient for 3 lovely beaches, shops, supermarkets, Tapas bars and an excellent choice of restaurants. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and is accessed by lift. There is a large pool which is shared by 3 other apartment blocks. There is plenty of on street free parking if you choose to hire a car.

We have a guest book at the apartment full of numerous lovely comments from our previous visitors for you to view during your stay. But all in all most people love the 'home from home' feel about the flat.

Notes on accommodation: Please note that Satellite TV is now available at the Apartment. There is no wifi we have a DVD for you to use too.Thank you. Outside: There is a large manned 'guitar shaped' shared pool and pretty gardens situated behind the apartment block for your use. The gardens offer sun and shade throughout the day. There is a communal roof terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. Additionally there are roof top clothes lines. Utility Room: Hoover, mop/bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, iron and ironing board, cool-box, beach chairs and parasols. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Apartment is cleaned before arrival and on your departure.Ample towels/linens are provided for your stay and for stays of over 1 week there are additional linens left for you.A mini clean during your stay can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

Batteries recharged magnificently

Fabulous central location with excellent recommendations given by Donna for places to eat. Apartment had everything one needed. So many little streets to explore for shopping and great to see so many Spanish enjoying the town. Great pool - an oasis to enjoy. Would return another year.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, very comfortable and well positioned. Close to supermarkets, beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Owner is prompt and replys and helpful. We had a lovely holiday nerja is a little gem.

Excellent in all ways

We used Donna's apartment for 10 days in July 2016 and we found the position and amenities of the apartments were outstanding.

Due to the location of the apartment a car is not needed as everything you may require is within walking distance.

There a two very good supermarkets up in the town if you want to do any meals for yourself but there are many restaurants (Bamboo very good) on the sea front or more in the town towards the Balcon.

Couldn't find anything wrong - would recommend to all.

The Torrecilla and Salon beaches are only 3 minutes away and it is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Burriana Beach where you can sample Ayo's famous paella.


45 minute drive North of Malaga Airport. A car is not always essential as Nerja can be accessed easily by public transport by either taking a short bus or train journey to Malaga City Centre then the bus directly to Nerja Bus Station which is an 8-10 minute walk away.


Being based in the centre of the town it enables easy access by bus or car to the picturesque white washed villages of Frigiliana, Torrox or Competa, the famous Caves of Nerja and further afield to such places as Granada, Seville and Almeria.

Centrally based for Nerja's lovely independent shops in the town's beautiful olde world windy shopping streets, supermarkets, Tapas bars and restaurants. Additionally convenient for the town's glorious beaches and unique Spanish feel.

Changeover Day:
Please ask on enquiry about arrival/changeover dates as we understand it is sometimes cheaper to fly mid week. The departure time is to vacate by 11.00am and arrivals are after 3pm.
