Our immaculate townhouse is in Windsor Hills, an exclusive gated community which is just a five minute drive to the gates of Disneyworld and 20 minutes from Universal. With three beds and three baths it comfortably sleeps 6. The private splash pool with it's southern exposure is a great place to relax at the end of a long day. Overlooking a green central park area there is space for children to play and an open, bright outlook to enjoy. The house is at the end of the block so you will enjoy having no rear neighbours and attached neighbours on one side only. Facilities at Windsor Hills Resort include a lagoon style pool with waterslide, gym, tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, kids play areas and gym. We also offer free WiFi. The clubhouse is just an easy 3 minute walk from the house. It is the perfect place to spend your holiday, whatever your age! Within easy reach of all theme parks, golf courses andnational parks at Blue Springs and Wekiva Springs there is something for everyone. Take a ride on an air boat at Boggy Creek for an exciting look at swamp life!

Why Polly Esplen chose Kissimmee

We first visited Windsor Hills in 2007 (not our first visit to the area) and fell in love with the resort and it's proximity to Disneyworld. Our children were young and being able to spend a few hours in one of the parks, head home for a rest and then back out later was just brilliant!

We are a real mix of "theme park junkies" and nature lovers. It is just as easy to spend a day kayaking in a national park, take an airboat ride, spend a day at the coast or visit the theme parks. If you want a day to relax the resort facilities provide everything you need.

The luxury of the townhouse gives so much flexibility when compared to a hotel room with space to spread out and relax.

We come home from the area feeling as though we have really seen and done something for everyone.

What makes this house unique

A short drive to everything you could possibly want. Having an end unit as well as an open outlook from the rear of the property means we really have bought a house on a premium plot. It even has a southern exposure so gets loads of light and sun throughout the day. (Some homes back onto each other).

It's great to put your feet up by the splash pool and watch the kids play in the park.

The townhouses have a great position on the resort as they are only 3-4 minutes walk to the clubhouse and main pool. No need to get the car out.

We waited a few years for the right unit to come up and have never regretted that decision.

Outside: Outside our private splash pool/spa is housed in a lanai with pool furniture for your comfort. From the lanai there is a gate to the central green park area where the children can play if they wish. There is a child safety fence to the pool area. It's a 3 minute walk from the house to the clubhouse with it's lagoon pool and waterslide, gym, cinema and table tennis. Tennis, volleyball and basketball courts are also located within the resort. There is a picnic area within the resort with barbeques for guests' use. Hire of a charcoal or gas grill for use by our pool can also be arranged. Parking for one car on the drive with additional parking immediately adjacent to the house. Utility Room: Upstairs utility cupboard houses washing machine and dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels for use in the house and at the pool are provided. The property is cleaned after each stay and housekeeping can be arranged via our Property Manager at the guest's request at a seperate charge. Other: All bedrooms are ensuite and have TVs and ipod docks. There is also a docking station for an ipad in the King bedroom. (Please note that adaptors may be required latest iphones and ipods.) There is a pack and play crib and a bed rail in the twin room.

Perfect accommodation for our family holiday

The whole experience was perfect, from the friendly and efficient interaction with the owners before/during/after the stay, to the townhouse itself and it's location etc.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids. We felt very safe within the gated community. The kids absolutely loved the pool at the townhouse and wanted to go in at every opportunity. The big shared pool by the clubhouse was also really great.

The location of Windsor Hills resort is extremely close to Disney. A bit of a drive to Sea World, Universal etc, but we would not change anything about the location we chose. There is a big new Wallmart nearby for groceries, and plenty of restaurants and gift shops also in the vicinity.

We would go back to this townhouse at Windsor Hills in a heartbeat, and we are really grateful to the owners for helping to make our first Florida family holiday an amazing (or should I say "magical"?!) experience!

Don't hesitate to book this townhouse.

Nice, clean, comfortable

Only issue was no toilet paper other than what was hanging. Wal-Mart only a mile away, problem solved.

Disney spring break

Great place to stay. So close to food and attractions. The pool right in condo and location in relation front gate of complex and to Disney were ideal. 40 seconds after you get in the gate ,your there. Disney is 5-7 min drive tops. We are 6 happy tourists.

Perfect vacation spot for our family!

The location of this townhouse couldn't have been better. The proximity to the parks was great. The community pool was perfect for the kids and the little condo pool was ideal for just hanging out after the parks. The field in the backyard was awesome...and with Walmart only 1 minute away picking up a football was a great way to get the kids energy out! Thanks for a great stay!

This property had everything we needed for our family trip. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The splash pool in the back was perfect for my son. We wish we could have stayed longer. The property had everything from comfy beds, couches, dining area, all the kitchen pots pans and appliance you could need. We felt like we were at home but on vacation. I would recommend this property to all of my friends! The Disney parks were so close it was nice to be able to get there fast and get home fast after a full day at the parks. It’s also very close to restaurants and grocery. We most definitely will be back. The ONLY thing we would have changed is some black out curtains in the master bedroom since the sun comes up on that side and peaks thru the blinds really early. Other than that this is a perfect family vacation rental! I would also like to add that the owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation rental experience! We can’t wait to come back!

comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable townhouse. Owner is quick to respond, kind and professional. Photos are accurate of the current condition. The home was reasonably clean and very fresh smelling. Property is extremely close to Disney, maybe 15 minutes top. Also several major grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. We only used the master bedroom and the king bed is really comfortable. Master bath appears to have been recently updated with double sinks and decor. The kitchen is well outfitted with most everything that would be needed for basic cooking needs. Small packets of salt, pepper and sugar are provided along with coffee filters. Although the home is self-catering, the management had left some extra dish-soap, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. It was more than enough for us for our 7 day stay. The only thing we needed extra of was bathroom tissue.

We enjoyed the small pool on the patio, which was heated so well that we were very comfortable using it even though highs were only in the 70's. There's a really large supply of extra bath/pool towels. The neighborhood is very quiet and there's no road noise. The entry/exit is gated so occasionally there is a small wait to enter or exit the property, but nothing that caused us any irritation.

The only drawbacks were that we had difficulty using the cable box in the living room, despite following the very detailed instructions, and ended up not being able to watch TV downstairs for last few days of our stay. We didn't request repair since we weren't home much and didn't really mind not watching TV. But since the home is being used as a rental, it would be helpful if that was easier to use. Also there's a new management company that requests guests not lower the A/C below 74 degrees. We had no issue with this since we were there during the end of January and temps were really mild. I just wanted to make note of it for any future renters that might have an issue with wanting more control over the air system. There are ceiling fans in most rooms which kept us comfortable.

I am sorry that you had trouble with the television for the last couple of days and I am sure that Colin or Michelle would have been happy to pop over to find out what had gone wrong. Just a comment to let people know that our property manager does not control the air conditioning as we use an internet app. The A/C can be adjusted by guests to as low as 72 degrees which is as low as we have ever been asked but high enough to prevent the unit from freezing. If our MC has left a note in the house about the lower temperature it should be used as a guide only as we very much want our guests to be comfortable. Many thanks again and I hope to hear from you again in the future.

Crystal clear water on Florida's Gulf Coast is just 90 minutes' drive. Visit Clearwater, Sarasota or St Petersburg for an easy day out.

There are three large supermarkets within a 10 minute drive as well as a smaller one at the end of the road. Restaurants are within walking distance with plenty more within a short drive. You won't be short of choices.

Starter grocery packs can be arranged on request and will be placed in the cupboards and fridge ready for your arrival. This little touch means that you don't have to go straight to the supermarket when you arrive after a long flight.

The resort cafe/sundry store offers light meals and drinks and also organises bi-weekly bar-b-ques by the pool. This is a great opportunity to completely relax on the days when you want to stay by the pool and enjoy the facilities.
