Apartment 145 was refurbished completely inside and out and opened in spring 2008 as a private residential complex. It has everything you require right on your doorstep and within easy reach of all local amenities and attractions. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and set in a mature canarian garden with private patio and furniture. The privately owned apartment on the las Dunas complex is quiet and relaxing but in walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and close to the beach and baku water park. The ground floor apartment is situated close to the large pool with separate childrens section and has ample sunbeds and parasols. The complex has a tennis court and gym for guests use. We have English Television ( BBC, ITV C4 ) and wi-fi is available in the apartment.

We are a family from the Midlands who first visited the island of Fuerteventura 8 years ago. We loved the island so much that we decided our dream would to be to buy a property here so we could come over more often to enjoy all the island has to offer,its all year round sunshine, and fantastic sandy beaches. We were lucky to have been able to visit the complex during its refurbishment and was able to chose an apartment in a prime position on the complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A nice pleaceful relaxing holiday just what we were looking for, no downside at all, the accommodation was a big plus, no hassle getting sun beds, always plenty available at any time of the day.
Modern, well located apartment close to town and beach
We loved this property and plan to return. Having lived and worked in some of the hotels and apartments in Corralejo, I found this complex to be one of the nicest. The apartment enjoys a great location overlooking the pool and is a ten minute walk from one of her main supermarkets. It also has a large shaded terrace.
The beach and harbour with amazing restaurants is also only fifteen minutes walk and taxis back at night are not expensive if preferred.
We were fortunate that the complex was quiet so there was plenty of sun beds and space around the large pool. It may be more crowded in the height of summer.
Great little place with everything we needed for a superb stay. Certainly will consider it again.
Clean, safe and secure apartment in a comfortable, friendly and convenient complex
We have stayed in this apartment several times over the past 3 years. It is clean and tidy, comfortable, and within walking distance of a good supermarket. The apartment basks in the afternoon sunshine just yards from the pool and sunbeds. It has UK TV channels and is ideal for a couple.
However, the bed and bed linen, the crockery and kitchen utensils are now well past their best.
We would still go back for more given the opportunity

Recommended without hesitation
I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this very clean, very comfortable and well equipped apartment. I cannot think of anything else that I would have needed which wasn't already provided. It is in a great location too. Nigel was so helpful and efficient at replying, right from the very first enquiry and also during the actual holiday. Whilst I was there as well, Sue and Pete were fantastic, making this trip a completely stress free holiday. As the title suggests, I would happily recommend this apartment and Correlajo to anyone without hesitation.
Couldn't of asked for anything more, lovely apartment all newly furnished with Ikea furniture, like home from home. Lovely resort maintained daily and friendly people on site. Nearby to all shop, this has definitely persuaded me to go back to self catering, thanks for such a lovely relaxing and chilled holiday!

Corralejo is filled with attractions for those looking for some adventure. Off road quads, surfing, diving, bike hire, deep sea fishing.Or why not catch a 12 minute ferry journey to the nearby island of Lanzarote from the harbour.
We are in a central location for beaches. The 20 sq Kilometre Flag Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. A 10 minute walk will take you into the central town of Corralejo where you will find the Town Beach and the Waikiki Beach which are perfect for children
There is a choice of many local beaches the nearest being only 400 metres away about a 5 minute walk. The award winning flag beach is a further 5 minute walk and her you can enjoy the crystal clear waters and miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, there is also the Waikiki beach is only a 15 minute walk away.
The apartment is only a 30 minute drive from the airport, it is not essential to have a car as a taxi to the resort will cost you approx 40 euros.
There is also a very cheap bus service that runs from the airport every 30 minutes, please contact me for more info if required.
A taxi rank is situated at the nearby El Campanario centre which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment so if you have had a night in the town it will only cost around 3 euros to get back.
The new Campanario centre is only a 5 minute walk away.
A 15 minute walk will take you into the main centre of Corralejo with all its attractions, bars, restaurants etc.
A bus stop is situated only 200 metres away and from here buses link most of the island and prices are very reasonable.
The central square of the Campanario centre is host to bars and restaurants and offer good food and live entertainment most evenings an also there is a Canarian market on a Sunday selling a wide range of gifts and crafts.
A large supermarket can be also found in here and is open 7 days a week.
If you go into Corralejo town you will be greeted with a huge range of restaurants to suit everyones taste (Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Spanish etc). There is also the music square where you will find endless restaurants and live music. ATM Cash machines can be found in the nearby Campanario centres.
Booking Notes: To provisionally book the apartment complete the booking form or send me an email. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 6 weeks before rental period begins. If booking within 6 weeks of departure then we would require full payment. Please note that deposit once paid is non refundable. Our representative will meet you at the apartment with the keys on arrival and answer any questions you may have. Changeover Day: Check in time is normally 2.00pm on day of arrival and check out normally 10.00am on day of departure but these times can be flexible dependent on other bookings. Notes on prices: To keep things simple the price is the same all year round.
