Charming bright clean apartment of 50m2 with oriental style finishings, with furnished balcony (nice open view on city and sunset, smokers can enjoy their cigarette on this lovely balcony), air-conditioning/heating in both rooms.

Living room with 2 single sofa-beds (each measures 0,70 x 1,80 m), satellite 32' flatscreen TV, open-plan fully equipped kitchen, real dining table with 4 chairs.

Bedroom with wall wardrobe and cupboard, excellent orthopaedic king-size bed (mattress measures 1,80 x 2,00 m).

Marble shower room with zelliges (Moroccan tiles), very good light.

The location is ideal since you have all amenities of the modern town around the corner (see location paragraph) and the historical Marrakech just a 5 minute taxi or bus ride away.

Overall a quality product for a moderate price considering the location and all the services included in the rates (see price paragraph)!

Reservation and arrival procedures: to reserve a 50% deposit is needed, payable through the website secure system. Once your payment has arrived, you will get a confirmation letter including all necessary information for your arrival and stay (also restaurant adipose). The rest of the rental has to be paid on arrival with euro or Mad.

Airport pick-up or drop-off is available starting at 11 euro each way for 1-2 persons.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street of downtown Gueliz, the trendy and modern area of Marrakech, just 50 meters behind its main shopping street, that is Avenue Mohammed V. From the apartment you can walk along Av. Mohammed V and in 5 minutes you reach the stylish new shopping centre "Carré Eden"; in 5 minutes more you get to the Place du 16 Novembre (Zara, Mc Donalds, Cafe de la Poste) and find on your way all shops, restaurants, cafes, entertainment.

Just opposite the apartment, in Rue Ibn Aicha, there are many cheap and typical small restaurants where the locals go. Also around the corner is a big well-stocked supermarket called Acima and a lovely terrace-cafe called 'Cafe La Flamme' for gorgeous breakfasts or just a mint-tee.

The famous Place Djemaa El Fna is a 5 min taxi (€ 1,5) or local bus ride (n. 1 - a few eurocents) or a leisurly 20-25 min walk along Avenue Mohammed V. Once you are on Place El Fna you just walk into the Medina and Souks to get to all historical sights.

The Majorelle Gardens are in walking distance (about 1,5 km), the Menara Gardens are 5 km away. Water parks & the Palmerai are about 6km away.

Great apartment, very clean, everything you need is provided.

I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in Dec. The apartment is very nice and behind the busy road which takes you towards the main strip / Macdonalds / shops within a 20 mins walk. Everything is on your doorstep - 2 supermarkets within a couple of mins walking distance, cafes, restaurants etc. Train station is a 10 u min walk away. Issabella, the owner has provided everything you may require in the kitchen. Lovely decor, well furnished with nice bathroom, comfy bed & sofas and a great balcony. Lift to 5th floor. Friendly security guard at reception. Moulay the letting agent / rep is very helpful and reliable. Its best to book his transport / taxi to & from airport!! Overall, very impressed with this lovely accommodation and will definitely stay here next time. Thank you.... Harj.

Tranquilo y discreto

Estancia de una semana en este pequeño apartamento de Gueliz; bien equipado, tranquilo y discreto. Todo muy bien excepto el calor de Marrakech que se siente en el apartamento a pesar del aire acondicionado. Además la persona encargada ha sido correcta pero un poco fría y distante. Todo en mundo espera la pregunta " Qué tal ha sido su estancia en el apartamento?" Pero este señor no estaba interesado en el bienestar de los clientes/visitantes/turistas. Dommage!

Owner's Response: Aparte que definir "pequeno" un apartamento de 50 mq para 2 personas no me parece realista, quiero escribir algunas lineas para defender el trabajo de mi rapresentante, que siempre està pendiente de las necesitades de los clientes, que en este caso especifico los recibiò a las 23,20 h el dia de llegada (grande disponibilidad), que de todas formas està disponible 24/24 h interveniendo muy rapido si el caso. He tenido por suerte muchos comentarios positivos acerca de el, porque sì que se interesa por el bienestar de los clientes. Yo misma como proprietaria envié una mail al cliente despues de su estadìa para preguntarle como le habìa ido en mi piso, y este senor ni siquiera me contestò.... Invito a las personas interesadas en alquilar mi piso a leer los otros comentarios!

Marrakech al Gueliz: comodità e raffinatezza

Ringraziamenti particolari alla Signora Isabella che ha curato il nostro soggiorno con attenzione e senza lasciare nulla al caso.

All'arrivo il suo rappresentante ci è venuto a prendere all'aeroporto e condotti alla appartamento.

Lo stabile è nella zona del cafe la flamme quindi in pieno Gueliz comodo da raggiungere e facile per gli spostamenti a noi consoni. Vigilato h24 offre un salotto con terrazza, angolo cucina, camera e bagno sufficiente a mio avviso per 2/4 persone. Finiture eleganti al 5 piano. Torneremo appena possibile a godere la bellezza di Marrakech e l'elegante ad appartamento. Grazie

Marrakech holiday

A lovely, comfortable apartment. The kitchen was clean and adequately equipped for self-catering. The agent`s representative was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time in Marrakech and enjoyed the close proximity to a well stocked supermarket and cafe` at 2 mins walking distance. For lazy evenings out there were plenty of good restaurants and hotels within a few minutes walk from the apartment block. We recommend this holiday stay to anyone that likes the privacy and easy living that self-catering can provide.

Tolles Appartement!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Es ist sehr schön ausgestattet, geräumig, sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten.

Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig, das Bett schön groß und bequem. Die Küchenecke im geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnraum hält wirklich alles bereit, sodass man nicht nur für das Frühstück alles vorfindet, sondern auch richtig ordentlich kochen kann. Der Balkon ist zwar nicht sehr groß, liegt am Nachmittag aber prima in der Sonne.

Im Haus gibt es einen Lift, der einen von der Tiefgarage oder Eingangshalle aus bequem in den 5. Stock bringt. Das Schwimmbad und den Fitnessraum im Haus haben wir nicht genutzt, dafür aber den Pool im Block gegenüber, in dem der Verwalter sitzt. Dieser liegt im Freien in einem Innenhof und ist nicht sehr groß, für etwas Sich-Erfrischen und -Entspannen taugt er aber.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen; über die sofort erreichbaren großen Avenuen (El Kattabi und Mohammed V und VI) gelangt man bei Ausflügen (z. B. in den Hohen Atlas) leicht aus der Stadt heraus (für den Fall, dass man wie wir über einen Mietwagen verfügt). Gleich einen Block weiter befindet sich der große Supermarkt Acima, der ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Angebot bereithält (sogar eine eigene Abteilung mit alkoholischen Getränken). Die Medina kann in einer guten halben Stunde zu Fuß erreichen, mit dem Taxi dauert es ungefährt 10 Minuten. In Gueliz selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Läden, Banken etc.

Wir hatten über die ganze Dauer unseres Urlaubs (1 Woche Marrakesch und 1 Woche Essaouira) einen Mietwagen, den wir gleich nach unserer Ankunft am Flughafen übernommen haben. Davon würden wir aber nun eher abraten: Der Verkehr in Marrakesch ist sehr chaotisch und anstrengend, und man kommt für das gleiche oder eher weniger Geld auch mit Taxis und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin. Das Angebot, sich vom Verwalter vom Flughafen kostenlos abholen zu lassen, sollte man unbedingt wahrnehmen, denn es ist nicht leicht, sich in Marrakesch zu orientieren, da die Beschilderung mit Wegweisern sehr dürftig ist; außerdem gibt es praktisch nirgends Straßennamen- oder Hausnummernschilder, wodurch wir trotz guter Vorbereitung ziemliche Schwierigkeiten hatten, am ersten Tag zum Appartement zu finden.

Die Abwicklung der Buchung mit Wohnungsinhaberin hat einwandfrei und schnell geklappt. Gut waren auch ihre ausführlichen und nützlichen Informationen.

Wir können das Appartement jederzeit empfehlen.

Très bon séjour à Marrakech

L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, très bien situé au coeur de Guéliz

Nous n'avions pas eu besoin d'une voiture car nous n'étions pas loin du centre de Marrakech

Le quartier est calme.
