Great location for the beach.

Wonderful stay at this apartment

Spent 7 days at this apartment and found it to be extremely comfortable and well furnished. It is also very secure and we had no issues with leaving valuables there when we went out as it had both lockable grills and shutters. Marcello will arrange to pick you up and return you to airport. Huge balcony for sunbathing with sea views. Close to beach, supermarket and shops. Some reasonably priced restaurants close by but plenty of others about 10 mins walk away. Will definitely return

WONDERFUL VIEW,POSITION AND WEATHER!

We had a nice relaxing week here.The view to the sea were very wonderful(we had so great weather!!!) The position of the flat was also good.Supermarket,sea and the metro station are very closeness.The people here are very nice!We like the balcony and spent enjoying days there.Thank's you so much Marcello!!

Excellent location for combining beach and city

We had a lovely fortnight in this apartment. It was great to be so close to the free beaches and the journey into central Rome was easy. Lots of useful amenities are close by, e.g. bakery, pizzeria, supermarket. Marcello was very helpful and provided efficient airport transfers. I would suggest that the property description needs to make it clearer that the second 'bedroom' is actually the lounge, so you must keep in mind that you can't use this room as a lounge in the evening if for example your kids are sleeping in there - the English in the description is unclear at that point. It was a shame that the air con in the lounge wasn't working during our stay, but otherwise we found the property excellent, especially the spacious terrace.
