Buddies is conveniently situated a short level walk into Swanage town, with all the amenities Swanage has to offer - it's wide sandy beach, coffee shops, selection of local pubs and restaurants, Purbeck steam railway, Jurassic coast line and Durlston Country Park. You can easily get to Corfe Castle, Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth - by walking or by bus. The property has a large family kitchen/dining area, lounge, 4 large bedrooms over two upper floors. 2 rooms have ensuites and the other 2 rooms have separate bathrooms. The house is well decorated and has a lovely enclosed back garden with lawn and a secure storage area at the side.

We love Swanage for its olde world feel. Swanage is a real traditional seaside town with loads to do in and around. From taking advantage of the wonderful scenery and countryside, to scuba diving and rock climbing, and everything in between. We have found that people come to Swanage for various reasons; Scuba diving, walking, climbing, mountain biking or just to visit. Couples, families and groups are all offered a warm welcome year round. Well behaved children are welcome.

Flexible and Comfortable Property
I booked Buddies for our small walking group and it was perfect. Accommodation was flexible enough for single beds for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, and hot water and well equipped kitchen. Great location - we were able to leave the cars parked all week-end and walk from the house. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect retreat for all generations of the family
Very spacious, clean and tidy. Everything you need at hand. Beach walks so close. A shower or bathroom to each bedroom made life so easy.

Three generations enjoyed their stay.
Nine of us, aged 5 to 80+, enjoyed our week despite mixed weather. The house and sheltered garden together were very well equipped. Its location is very convenient being within walking distance of the town and beach though lovers of wide sandy beaches will choose the short drive to Studland where I recommend the National Trust car park at Knole. There is even an Off-licence/Convenience Store within a stone's throw. I am often described as a "Nit Picker" so if I say that one of the bedrooms was adequate rather than spacious and that the oven was challenging I am living up to that reputation. I would happily go there again and recommend it. Swanage has a very wide choice of places to eat and seaside attractions. It is also surrounded by beautiful countryside and villages not to forget other very different beaches such as Kimeridge (ledges and rock pools) and Lulworth (sheltered cove); these two also offer fossil hunting.
Great for family groups
We were a large family group of various ages. We enjoyed our stay in the house, it was very convenient for the town and the beach. Jason was very helpful sorting out a couple of problems .
Lovely spacious house
Great house with loads of space, light airy bedrooms and most importantly lots of bathrooms! Very close to beach and shops, just a short walk with no hills. Would definitely recommend.

Booking Notes: Please check the dates and price for your chosen week(s), and contact us to confirm a booking by telephone or email. We will then send you a booking form to fill in and return with a 25% deposit to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before holiday commences. If you need to cancel, we will try to re-let your week. If this is possible, your money will be refunded. If we are unable to re-let your week, then we are unable to offer a refund. Changeover Day: Changeover day is Friday/Saturday. Property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. On arrival, property will be available from 4pm. Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 3/4 night short bearks are accepted in low and mid season.
