About Edward

I am a business man from N.Ireland. My wife and my family of one son and two daughters and our grand children have the villa as our holiday home. We come to Majorca and the villa regularly as we all love the villa and its location. Fifteen minutes from the airport, ten minutes from Palma and five minutes from Portals Nous, Puerto Portals and Palma Nova.

It is in a very exclusive area, there is 24 hour manned security monitoring all the properties and everyone who comes into the development. It is very private and peaceful.

What makes this villa unique

The sea views are fantastic and the villa is a lovely home to enjoy. Close to many good restaurants and bars. Excellent safe location for a holiday.

What can I say. The house is amazing. Eddie made sure we had everything we needed and always communicated with us about everything. Would recommend to anyone to stay to get an amazing view of all of mallorca.

Had a super time at this amazing villa. Views are to die for, plenty of space for 12 people. Loved the bar area, had a lovely evening with a private chef brought in to cook for us and then a few drinks in the bar area. We had a ball. Would defo recommend.

Amazing experience!

The villa was perfect for a large group of friends. Plenty of space for us, but also lots of common areas to hang out together. Super convenient location (right between Palma and Magaluf) and taxis came literally within minutes of calling them. We could walk to the supermarket in 10 mins and a nice beach in 15 mins. Also in a nice neighbourhood with other villas so we felt pretty safe. Eddie was also amazing at answering any questions we had as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

Great villa

The villa was perfect for our weekend away, lots of space with a rooftop bar and a bbq, if you wanted to go out for food and drinks the taxis were there in minutes, Eddie was very helpful, he organised our coach to and from the villa and was only a phone call away if need be, would recommend to anyone.

Lovely spacious property

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. Superficially everything was clean but the floors and shower cubicles in particular were not. A couple of the beds had such noisy springs sleeping was impossible. We could not find where the washing machine/dryer were, nor could we find any sort of cleaning stuff - e.g. broom or mop. It wasn't until we returned home and read the details that we realised the 'shed' out the back could have been the utility. We felt that Vicky when handing over the keys could have given us this information or such details could have been left in the property. Also we were disappointed to find that the Jacuzzi did not work. The guy who cleaned the pool advised us that it hadn't for a while. We did appreciate that when we called the landlord regarding the state of the pool it was cleaned straight away. The views were stunning and we did have an enjoyable stay. We appreciated very much the landlord arranging pick-up and return to the airport. It all worked seamlessly. Thank you Eddie.

Incredible Villa in Perfect Location

I'd been looking for the perfect location for a long weekend with the girls and I am so pleased I found this. The owner, Eddie, is in complete contact with you, arranging transfers, putting you in touch with the housekeeper and taxis etc. He answered all our questions (no matter how silly) promptly and never made us feel like a nuisance. Eddie genuinely wanted to make sure we had a good time at his place.

The villa is tucked away yet accessible, and I'm not sure if this helps Eddie but this place is made for parties, groups or gatherings! It's so well equipped, with so many different areas: balconies, bar, pool, so many gardens, ping pong area, everything, most of which with an amazing sea view. We had everything we needed and everyone was more than comfortable. We never had a dull moment and (aside from the extra apartment which we didn't need in the end) made use of every part of the villa throughout the long weekend.

It's in a great location, halfway between Palma and Magaluf, but with Portals to the front. Taxis were easy to book and cheap! Highly recommend Nikki Beach in Magaluf, Flannigans Restaurant in Portals and Sky Bar at Hotel Cuba in Palma.

Thanks Eddie for having us and Vicky the housekeeper for not only waiting for us when our flight was delayed, but staying longer to drive us to the supermarket and back. All of this went a long way to making our weekend perfect!
