Villa in Marbella Costa del Sol, Spain - Very Peaceful, Totally Private Yet Only 3-4 Minutes From All Amenities

This fully air-conditioned villa sits in half an acre of its own very private gardens. Approached via automatic gates, there is private parking for up to 3 cars. The villa comprises very spacious open plan living area, opening onto a partially covered large terrace adjacent to the pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. The master bedroom also gives on to the terrace, has masses of built-in wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. A further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a cloakroom/WC complete the ground floor. The first floor has two double bedrooms each with en-suite bath/shower room. They both open onto a balcony with magnificent views over gardens, pool and Los Naranjos golf course.

I bought here because it is perfect for family holidays with great weather and something for everyone. Beach, Golf, Tennis, stylish night-life and world class restaurants.

But also because of the privacy and remoteness from the crowds.

What makes this villa unique

Very convenient for eating out. A dozen or more good restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Also total privacy is afforded by the villa and garden which is not overlooked at all.

One of the few 'front line' villas with direct uninterrupted views over the golf course.

Notes on accommodation: Newly furnished in 2011. Outside: The villa is set in half an acre of its own totally private, lovely mature gardens with pool 10m x 5m, large partly covered terrace with outdoor eating facility, and views of Los Naranjos golf course. Pool loungers, barbeque. Utility Room: Washing machine, sink and enclosed outdoor drying area. Iron, ironing board etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are included. The property is cleaned and linen changed upon arrival and departure. Interim weekly changes by arrangement. Other: Study area.

Fantastic private villa, great location, great outdoor space

Beautiful rustic villa with great facilities. What makes this special is the outdoor space with private garden, nice pool and stunning views over the golf course.

Lots of indoor space too, with plenty of room for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) sharing.

Beautiful villa. Amazing setting. Great location

The villa was better in real life than the pictures! We were so happy with it, the setting is stunning and the outside area wasn’t perfect.

Equipped with everything you would need, it was so handy. The location also was great, only 5 minutes to the Port. We had a fantastic stay at the villa and would definitely recommend it to families or a bunch of friends.

Easy to organise key collection on arrival and departure. No fuss whatsoever. 10/10!

Beautiful spacious villa

We had a great stay, the villa is really spacious and very well kept inside. It is perfect for large groups with en suite bathrooms in every room. The location is great, only 5 minutes drive to 2 very well stocked supermarkets and only a 15 minute drive into the centre of Marbella. The outside of the villa is beautiful, with a large terrace, garden and pool. My only criticism would be that the outside terrace area does need a bit of tlc as it seems the grass has sunk away from the terrace and it is quite a step down for children and wheelchair users and gets dangerously slippy when wet. Also the sun loungers and outside sofa and chairs could do with an upgrade. However, the lush garden plants and beautiful view of the golf course made up for this and the BBQ was excellent! There is quite a lot of building work going on in the area so it can be quite noisy in the garden during the day, however, if that wasn't going on you wouldn't hear a pin drop. The garden isn't overlooked at all and the pool a nice temperature of 27-29 degrees even though unheated. The wifi was perfect and also the extense of tv channels! My husband was delighted to be able to watch Chelsea TV! The sound system was also really nice to have and we have ended up buying the same one since coming home as we thought it was so good! The piano in the living room was also a really nice addition. We would definitely return to the villa, it would just be nice to see the outside terrace area have a little work done to it. Thank you George and also for the lovely bottles of wine on arrival.

Stunning villa set in beautiful gardens overlooking golf courses. The villa has plenty of living and outdoor space. Roomy bedrooms. Great fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher. Lots of bottles of complementary wine on arrival. Can't fault the place. The only tiny downside is it is an €8 taxi to and from nearest amenities i.e supermarkets etc. However I think it's worth it given the stunning location of the villa - just plan your trips wisely. 10 mins taxi from Puerto Banus. George was brilliant; very responsive to emails/queries. Suitable for groups/families. Would love to return.

Magnificent villa

This is an outstanding villa with a fantastic outlook into the golf course. The villa itself is large, comfortable with a beautiful master suite opening out onto the patio. It has all the mod cons you could need. The pool area is nice but unfortunately due to the time of the year we weren't able to use it as it was cold. George ( the owner ) was a pleasure to deal with answering any questions or queiries promptly. Would highly recommend you visit the area and use this villa. We hope to use again next year. Thank you.

6 or 7 minutes drive to the local beaches. Marbella Club and Ocean Club about 5 km. Nikky Beach about 10 km. Lunch at any number of beach restaurants, Trocadero, Victors beach bar etc.


Malaga airport (AGP) is 45 minutes driving time. Taxis, or a bus service to Marbella are available, but a hire car is recommended.


5 minutes to Puerto Banus, 7-8 minutes to Marbella and San Pedro. 2 hours to Granada and the Alhambra Palace.

Further Details:

The nearest restaurant. 'El Picadero' is walking distance or 1 minute away by car. Local shops including, Opencor, bank, pharmacy, newsagent, laundry, Mercadona supermarkets, plus many top class restaurants are all 3 minutes away.

Booking is by completion of a booking form sent to you by e-mail following your enquiry. Simply complete the form and e-mail back if you wish to go ahead. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date, and the balance is required four weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Payment are required to be made by bank transfer.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible except from the middle of July until the end of August, when it is Saturday. Arrival is from 3pm. and departure by 10am.

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
