Charming apartment of 80 m2, newly renovated, in a XVI century building, has a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchen fully equipped.
Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, air conditioning, wifi internet, LCD wall, iron, cot on request, linen and towels.
XVI century building, located in the historic center, 200 meters from Piazza San Marco, recently renovated with large steps in Istrian stone.
The two apartments are on the second floor, the smaller one, 60-meter, very bright, with views of Campiello San Zulian and Calle Larga San Marco; the other one, larger, 80 square meters, with two balconies on the Merceria, the main street of Venice.
From here, you can go on foot throughout the city, discovering the most hidden areas, the streets and squares less known and at the same time enjoying the pleasure of being close to the basin of San Marco in an authentic Venetian residence.
I was born in Venice in 1972, I've a degree in pharmacy and two kids. After working for 12 years in pharmacy, I started this business of management of the family property, as it is a dynamic work and gives you the opportunity to meet people from all over the world.
This property was the doctor's office of my father, who is retired, so we split it in two apartments. Due to their central location, they are suitable for guests and are a good opportunity to know what means to live in a Venetian residence.
These apartments located in the same building, are very central:the church and the adjacent Campiello San Zulian, St. Mark's square is 1 minute walk, a nice long walk through Riva degli Schiavoni will take you to Giardini, where the Biennale takes place. In just 5 minutes you can reach Rialto and its large and folk market. So there's all at your fingertips!
Very comfortable 2/2 apartment in great location between St. Mark's and the Rialto. Owner's assistant meet us at the boat and took us to the apartment. They provided a list of restaurants and welcomed us with a nice bottle of Proseco
Our second trip to Italy (and Venice) and decided to try VRBO at various stops on our itinerary. Not disappointed in our experience in Venice and elsewhere.
This property has an ideal location in the heart of Venice and convenient to everything. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and outfitted. Serena was very helpful in terms of meeting/escorting our party to the apartment, apartment overview, restaurant recommendations and, recommendations of sights to see not on everyone's "must see" list. Would recommend highly this property and owner.
An excellent flat in a great location. Clean and well maintained. I would thoroughly recommend it!
We were met as planned at vaporetto stop and taken to apartment. Given all basic info, assisted with restaurant reservations. Apartment was clean and well-equipped. Had new windows, which made it soundproof when closed. Good AC, washing machine, refrig etc. When we reported no hot water one morning, Serena responded promptly, and it was repaired by the time we returned to apartment. Our first Home Away experience in Europe, and we were pleased. Definitely recommend Levante 2-BR apartment.
We stayed (4 adults) in the apartment from Aug 30 - Sept 3/16, It was very central to everything, Serena met us at the dock and took us to the apartment, It was about a 7 min walk. The apartment was very spacious for 4 adults and there was everything you would need. It was extremely clean and Serena went over everything in the apartment on how it worked and then gave us maps and tips of the area. It was very easy to get around. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is going to visit Venus. From the first email on information to the last minute we were there, Serena always was easy to contact and replied very quickly. I would definitely return to this apartment if i go back to Venus.
Serena was great, the property was perfect for our stay. The location was excellent. Very busy central location but the noise at night was minimal.
The apartments are located in the heart of the city, Merceria, the street that connects Piazza San Marco to Rialto.
This area is full of attractions, close to the church of San Zaccaria, the Church of the Pieta', the Palazzo Ducale, Correr Museum, the Galleria Querini Stampalia, Bienniale exhibition of contemporary art.
From Piazza San Marco, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lagoon, making a pleasant walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni. The location is also near to the best known brands and well lined with restaurants and cafes. At Rialto you will find a beautiful and folkloric market of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables and you will find the oldest church in Venice: San Giacometo.
