Had a few problems with condition of house and air conditioning. Great size house and pool and well appointed kitchen. The house overall needs a little tlc to bring it up to standard.
Nice Comfortable Villa
The villa is well equipped and spacious, with plenty of seating areas inside and out. The games room adjacent to the pool is a bonus, especially if the weather isn't good. Henri, the robot pool cleaner is a very efficient and keeps the pool in tip top condition. Overall a very comfortable property in a good location, would definitely return.

This large comfortable house had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Though private it is a short drive from Callas where there are a couple of little shops, bars and restaurants. The local people could not be more friendly and kind. We enjoyed the pool, garden and BBQ at home and we also got out and about, canoeing, marketing, trying restaurants and visiting the beach. The house overlooks vineyards which welcome visitors and if you enjoy cooking its lovely to buy fresh ingredients at the market - the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is only an hour from Nice by car and the owner was kind enough to tip us off about roadworks etc with our directions. I think this villa is wonderful and good value, with air con and wifi, sleeping 9, it compares very well with other villas in the area.
The Mediterranean coast between Frejus and St. Maxime is 40km away and takes 40 minutes by car. St. Tropez is one hour distant – by frequent ferry from St. Maxime.

Nice (60 mins); Toulon (75 mins); Marseilles (90 mins). The nearest railway station is Les Arcs/Draguignan (25 mins) which has three TGV trains to/from Paris daily, taking 4½ hours and two TGV trains to/from Lille in 6 hours. The distance by road from Calais is 725 miles. Junction 36 of the A8 autoroute is 12km distant.
Callas 3km, Bargemon and Figaniers 8km, Le Muy 12km, Frejus 30km.
Callas and Bargemon have most local amenities, including restaurants, cafe, an alimentation, a boulangerie, post office (with ATM). Le Muy has all facilities expected of a town, including two supermarkets. It has an extensive outdoor market on Sunday morning.
