Why Tony chose Protaras
We decided to buy an apartment in Protaras after going there on holiday - we really liked the fact that it has beautiful beaches and a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants and the locals are very friendly. We bought this paricular apartment as it has stunning sea views and is located in a quiet bay yet is only 10 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay and the main street in Protaras.
What makes this Apartment unique
The property is in an excellent location, providing a peaceful and relaxing setting overlooking the sea, but only a short walk from the beach and local amenities. Our apartment occupies one of the best positions in the resort complex as it has uninterrupted sea views from both the lounge and bedroom windows. On site you'll find two swimming pools and the fantastic Five Senses Spa, offering massage and beauty treatments. There is a cafe overlooking the main pool and offering a range of food and beverages. Note that facilities such as the spa and the cafe may not be open between November and April.

Lovely apartment in ideal location with fantastic sea views
We have been to Protaras many times & therefore knew what to expect as far as location. However, this was the first time at Coralli Spa & it definitely won't be our last.
Coralli is a mix of privately owned & hotel owned apartments. Communication with Tony was easy & quick & the same for Martin who looks after the apartment, along with a number of the other privately owned apartments. There were a few issues when we arrived, nothing too major - no ironing board, only 1 teaspoon & side plate, & a bulb missing in the bedroom. We phoned Martin the morning after we arrived & by the time we got back from the beach that afternoon he had sorted everything.
The apartment itself is very clean, is plenty big enough for 2 & has excellent wi-fi. The sofa was a sofa bed, although we never tried it, & would probably be fine for kids but I would say that 4 adults in the apartment would be a bit of a squeeze.
The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main strip where there are loads of bars, restaurants & shops so plenty to occupy you in the evening. Fig Tree Bay is a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment & is a lovely beach with plenty of water sports available. The wide path along the beachfront stretches a couple of miles into the next resort of Pernera, worth a walk if you could do with a break from lying in the sun!
We would definitely recommend the apartment & intend on coming back as soon as we can.
There is direct access from the apartment complex onto the beach in a secluded bay or it is only 10 minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay, regarded by many as one of the finest beaches in Cyprus, plus three other beaches.
The nearest airport is Larnaca, which is 40 minutes away by car.
The popular resort of Protaras, which has numerous shops, bars and restaurants, is only 10 minutes walk.
Check-in is from 4 pm on the day of arrival
Check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure
Booking Notes: Reservations can be made with a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost and the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless the booking is made within four weeks of the arrival date, in which case payment in full is required. Payments can be made by cheque, Paypal or bank transfer. A security bond of €100 is payable either in cash or by credit card upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment by our local agent.
