Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige plek

Prachtige plek, mooier nog dan op de foto's, geweldig uitzicht. Luieren in een hangmat onder de olijfbomen, afkoelen in het zwembad of lekker relaxen op grote dakterras of op gemeenschappelijke terras. Pingpong, tafelvoetbal en pooltafel aanwezig. Appartement ruim en alles aanwezig. Tuin mooi aangelegd met vruchtbomen en kruidentuin. Je kunt gebruik maken van bbq. Tanja was een super gastvrouw die veel weet over de regio en ons meenam naar leuk lokaal eet-event in Cibottala, korte wandeling de berg op. Centrale locatie voor bezoeken aan al die mooie plaatsjes in Umbrie en oost Toscane, of huur een bootje op het Trasimeno-meer.

Traumhafter Ausblick und zweckmäßig eingerichtet

- sehr schönes Feriendomizil "Podere Schioppello", sehr empfehlenswert - hier findet man Ruhe und Erholung, abseits vom Alltag - gute Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, zahlreiche Möglichkeiten der Freizeitbeschäftigung auf dem Gelände der Anlage (Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Billard, Tisch-Kicker) - freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die jederzeit ansprechbar sind - angenehm auch der gemeinsame Pizza-Abend - vielen Dank an Tanja und Francesco

Hello there! That is me-Tanja and my partner Francesco. We love to travel, and we enjoy making other holidays memorable; that is mainly why we love our job: it gives us a great opportunity to get the chance to introduce Umbria to guests throughout food, wine and staying at our lovely country house. Last year, we thought it was time to start with a new project by organizing pizza evenings, dinners with home made pasta by our local ladies, pizza and lasagna from our wood stove, red wine from the local winery, olive oil from our olive trees (750), ceramic courses, tours to cellars and towns, just to have a taste of real Umbrian lifestyle.

We just love the area and think it is perfect for those who wish to visit Umbria, Tuscany, main cities such as Rome, Florence, Pisa, Siena are an 1,5 hour drive from our place; meanwhile close by there are wonderful smaller towns and villages perfect for short trips with car or even with a Vespa...

What makes this property unique

The property's position is just something others don't have: away from all, no cars, surrounded by the sounds and the colors of nature, wonderful views over Perugia and Assisi.
