This 4500 Sqft private residence has everything that you need for a true Park City experience. As one of the largest residences in the neighborhood, there is enough room for a large family or a large group retreat. We have 5 bedrooms, each having a private bathroom. Upstairs has two master suites, one with a 6’ jetted tub and a balcony over the garage. Main level is a spacious open floor layout with a rear balcony that overlooks Old Town. The massive plush couch forces you to relax in front of the open face gas fireplace while watching the game. The great room T.V pops up from the back of the hutch. The lower level has three bedrooms and the theater, (YES, it has a HUGE THEATER ROOM). The full size hot tub is located on the rear patio. Other residences in the neighborhood have same bed/bath count but are only 3,000 sqft, the additional 1500 sqft allows larger rooms and opens up the house dramatically.
Park City Mountain Resort's upper parking lot is directly across the street. Take advantage of walking home to eat lunch during your ski day. For those who are not hitting the slopes, you have access to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Old Town Park City has to offer within steps in any direction. If you are not having a good time here, they you will not be having a good time anywhere.
There is parking in the full size - two car garage and roomy enough to fit 2 full size SUV’s in the driveway. Off the garage is a spacious mud room with coat hangers and boot dryers for your group. Each room has Direct TV, multiple Apple TVs in house for your digital streaming fans, and Sonos sound integration on main level and theater. Wifi is strong to stream HD content on your tablets with no dead zones on the property.
We have two additional trundle beds in storage which would accommodate children who can be placed in parents room. We can accommodate pack-n-plays, baby gates, and other protective devices which will need to be utilized per the parents accountability.
The property manager has 8 years’ experience in vacation rentals and has lived in Park City for 15 years. They will meet you at residence upon check in to ensure you are settled quickly. We will be able to tailor your visit to maximize the fun factor while cluing you into all the local hot spot do’s and dont’s.
We will refund 2.5% if you utilize virtual check option upon checkout to bypass Credit Card fee. $2,000 refundable damage deposit or renters insurance and $280 departure housekeeping will be added upon checkout.
The owners are Park City Locals and recently finished a new primary residence. They are maintaining this residence for their posterity and utilizing rental revenue to offset ownership costs. They do not entertain discounts or low ball offers. With this perspective, they are not willing to negotiate price, or desperate to fill booking dates. Park City is notorious for attracting corporate functions and large group events. We will not be able to accommodate large groups outside the housing capacity, weddings, promotional events, or "spring break" style gatherings. Our minimum age for booking is 24, unless accompanied by family members. We are searching for families or mature groups who will respect the property and return back year after year. The house is pristine, beautiful, and properly furnished. We have every intention of maintaining that standard. Violation of this level of common sense, will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and/or eviction. Travel agents are allowed but the guests need to book the residence directly as the liability and damage deposit needs to be bound to those physically staying at the residence. We believe in full transparency and will disclose to all parties the booking amounts.
