Since purchasing this wonderful property we have extensively re modelled and enlarged and this year have just completed our final set of renovations resulting in what we feel to be a stunning property whilst still maintaining the feel of a home. Having been rented for the past two years and as we ourselves wish to travel we are now selectively renting out to allow guests to enjoy our home and the beautiful island..

A wonderful haven of tranquility
I would definitely recommend a stay here. It is peaceful and secluded. I loved watching the monkies play and walk through the gardens at dusk and dawn. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is a short easy drive to the beach, local restaurants and supermarkets. The maid is extremely efficient, friendly and professional, as is the gardener who ensures the pool is pristine.

Beautiful villa with fantastic views
Well where do yiu start. The villa is of a high standard throughout. The style, ambience, and privacy hits you as soon as you walk in. The views are spectacular and with the Sandy Lane Golf course on your doorstep. We have stayed a few times at the Villa and would highly recommend a stay and holiday here. People are friendly service is exceptional .
Special interest holidays:
Our property is ideal for families wishing to get together for that special occasion. Anniversaries, Birthdays etc. Our House Manager can help organise a Wedding on the Island and although not licenced for the ceremony our property and gardens make a wonderful setting for a Wedding Breakfast and Honeymoon.
Public beach access is a good 20 minute walk away. Our house guests have access to the private Sandy Lane Hotel beach where there are beach chairs, soft drinks and W.C facilities available. The sand is white and soft, water clear and usually gently shelving at the immediate edge. We do not have a problem with jellyfish or litter on the beach.
Grantly Adams Airport is approx. 45 minutes away by car. Car hire is recommended if the true benefit of the Island and what it has to offer is to be gained. Car hire with delivery to the Villa and return to the airport can be arranged for you, as can private transfers.
25 minute walk into Holetown, which has its own Chattel Village shops and Duty Free shops. Buses all over the Island can be taken from Holetown , 1.50 Barbados Dollars a trip, regardless of getting off point, an experience not to be missed ! There is also a taxi rank in Holetown. Points of interest include Harrison's Caves, St Lawrence Gap, Plantation House Tours, Nancy's Rum shop for the best in true Bajan cooking. The renown Cliff Restaurant and of course, Sandy Lane Hotel are both nearby
A reasonably sized Supermarket is located in Holetown as are many restaurants spanning a wide price range. There is a Post Office, a Police Station, Banks and a walk in Medical facility in Holetown, together with coffee shops with Internet facilities and shopping.
Booking Notes: Bookings can be made via the owners by telephone or via e mail. A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before departure. . Long term rentals are considered as are 10 day rentals. Mid week arrival/departures are not a problem. Please note although the rental is for the whole house,guests are restricted to those named on the booking. Overnight visitors are not permitted. Bookings are not accepted if all guests are under the age of 30. Please note,due to the new "stay tax" levied by the Ministry in 2018 we have regrettably had to incorporate this into our pricing. Changeover Day: Booking dates and days are flexible. We usually require arrival after 2.00pm and a departure by Noon, however we are quite happy to consider exceptions to this and requests should be made at the time of booking...we will try in most cases to allow the full use of the house all day on late departure bookings. Notes on prices: Shorter/longer rentals available, prices on application Discounted rates may be offered at certain times to small parties, please enquire. We request no events or parties unless previously agreed with owner. No extra overnight guests. We ask that guests respect the peacefulness of the location. It is not our policy to exceed the maximum of 8 guests, we do not place fold out beds in bedrooms,save in exceptional circumstances on application to Owner. The home is not considered suitable for babies or young children. Should you be booking for a special celebration, birthday,anniversary ...please let us know at the time of booking. The Owner will always place a call to any prospective guest to answer any questions.
