Splendid views over the mountains and close to the ancient town of Casares which is renowned for its pretty white houses and one of Spain's kept secrets. Just 300m from the beach, beautiful sandy unspoiled stretch of Casares Bay. 20 minutes drive to Gibraltar. Easy access to Water and Wild parks for entertaining the visitors. The Costa del Sol area has approx 300 days of sunshine and the average temperature around 19c. Makes it an ideal place to visit for those seeking warm weather. There are numerous blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants. The area is also well famous for golf.

Notes on accommodation: The property has 3 floors and fully air conditioned with separate controls on each level to give visitors a choice of adjusting the temperature required. The air conditioning units also provide heat in the winter months if needed. Outside: There is a large outside sun terrace facing the newley opened Nature Park, The splendid views of the sunset and the mountains beyond. The large expanse of grass around the pools offer a perfect spot to lie down and relax and soak up the sun all day. The development is gated to provide privacy for residents and safer for children. The well maintained garden at the back provide such a lovely private area to relax and enjoy your BBQ or just enjoy the Sun and the views. Utility Room: Space under the stairs on the lower floor to stow away suitcases and/or golf clubs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and will change midway through a 2 weeks stay.

Quiet little complex, nicely kept

We loved being near to the beach and lovely beach bar. This area is a little quieter than the bigger resorts nearby which suited us. The house is clean and well equipped. Pleasant view over the park at one side and the pool is only a few yards away at the other side. The sun doesn’t get onto the patio area until late morning but you could sit by the pool if you want it earlier. The double bedroom is on the second floor which meant we got our exercise, there are 2 other bedrooms on the first floor. The lounge/kitchen area is compact but was ample for 2 of us.

Fabulous time had!!!

Well what can I say..... Just spent an idyllic 6 nights here. Stayed at no 67.

Communication with the owner was AMAZING from start to finish. Great price too.

The house is perfect. Noted someone had said the house appeared unloved.... I do not agree with this at all. Everything you could want is in the house including hairdryer, great beach towels, tea towels, pizza cutter..... Only thing we missed was a BBQ. Didn't spoil anything but would have been nice.

The garden of the house gets the sun from midday to evening and is a proper little sun trap. Sun loungers there and garden table, chairs and parasol.

There is a nice park next to the complex with a bar in it that opens at 4pm... Husband said the San Miguel in there in a chilled glass was the best he had all holiday! The Mojitos were also fabulous... heavy on the alcohol and mint.

We knew before arriving that there was not much around the house and had a car. However it was only10 minutes walk to the beach and local Chiringuitos. The garage on the corner also had a supermarket for essentials. Bit hard going back as its a VERY steep hill home.

We drove to Lidl each morning for fresh pastries. The Mercadona supermarket near Estepona was only 10 minutes the other way and was a feast to the eyes especially the fresh fish counter.

Visited Estepona , Casares village and Peurto de Duquesa all in short driving time from the house.

Pool at the complex was lovely with sunloungers available all day. Well kept.

Need to say how lovely the bed sheets smelled -never experienced that before and I do have a thing about nice smelling washing!!!

Our only criticism was the hot water - onky enough for one shower. Husband and I had a cold shower each day.Did report it to the lady who looks after the house. She advised no one had mentionned it before so hoping it gets look at.

All in all an excellent choice and we will definitely return.

a Little disappointed!

We stayed here for a week in may. The pool area is lovely and well maintained and owner was quick to answer our queries both before and during our stay. All instructions and information privided was clear Unfortunately the house appears quite unloved. When we arrived the cutlery drawer was very dirty and other kitchen drawers were filled with random things and very untidy. Bathroom cabinets were really tired looking. Although towels and beach towels were provided there were no other essentials so we had to go and purchase washing up liquid, cleaning cloths etc. Also be aware the walls are paper thin and we were kept awake by the couple next door arguing until 2.45 in the morning. There are restaurants and a beach you can walk to from the house but I would recommend hiring a car.

Very impressed with our recent stay at the House.

House was clean with all Home from Home Essentials to make it a comfortable stay, nice en-suite shower room with Family bathroom on second floor and AC through out the House

Kitchen was well equipped to make Breakfast and Lunch.

Great Location with lovely park across the road which our toddler enjoyed as children's playground area next to snack bar which was great for evenings.

Very quite residential area with a short walk to the Beach which has the best Beach Bar serving amazing food.

Recommend a car if you want to venture out a bit otherwise if you just want pool and Beach you can manage without one.

Petrol station at the end of the road by the Beach has all the basics to get you buy - Water, milk, eggs, bacon, bread, snack food etc.
