Hello and thank you for browsing through my property . This beautiful 3 bedroom Town House built in 2005 and just recently painted in November 2017 in fact all the development has been painted to the best specification. I love the area and I am sure if you visit it for the first time for family holiday or golfing break ,you will find it very relaxing and the same time plenty to see and do. Please feel free to contact me and I will be more than happy to give you more details. Sam (0044)07960922122/or landline(01422320222) or email me thank you.
Sam purchased this Villa in 2005
Why Sam chose Bahía de Casares
If you’re visiting Spain for the first time, be warned: this is a country that fast becomes an addiction. You might intend to come just for a beach holiday, a walking tour or a city break, but before you know it you’ll find yourself hooked by something quite different – the wild celebration of some local fiesta, perhaps, or the otherworldly architecture of Barcelona. Even in the best-known places to visit – from the capital, Madrid, to the costas, from the high Pyrenees to the Moorish cities of the south – there are genuinely surprising attractions at every turn, whether it’s hip restaurants in the Basque country, the wild landscapes of the central plains, or cutting-edge galleries in the industrial north. Soon, you’ll notice that there is not just one Spain but many – and indeed, Spania
What makes this Villa unique
Even in the most over-touristed resorts of the Costa del Sol, you’ll be able to find an authentic bar or restaurant where the locals eat, and a village not far away where an age-old bullfighting tradition owes nothing to tourism. The large cities of the north, from Barcelona to Bilbao, have reinvented themselves as essential cultural destinations (and they don’t all close down for hours for a kip every afternoon). And when the world now looks to Spain for culinary inspiration – the country has some of the most acclaimed chefs and innovative restaurants in the world – it’s clear that things have changed. Spain, despite the current economic uncertainty, sees itself very differently from a generation ago.

Our second time once again everything suited us perfectly, easy communications all of us very happy.
All you need is on your doorstep. Good bars & eateries close by & the house was perfect for us.
Very comfortable with super pool
Lovely holiday home over 3 floors , we enjoyed our stay patio area gets the sun most of the afternoon and the pool area is a great place to relax
This was exactly what we wanted for our first holiday as a family. We took our two daughters, a 2 year old and 11 month old baby for our first proper family holiday.
The location was perfecf for this, very calm and relaxed. The house had everything we needed (only thing I wish we had was a baby chair)
Amazing beach and restaurants near the house, we also went to the Safari which was an amazing experience.
We are already looking forward to going back next year.
Wonderful relaxing stay
After we finally got into the complex and house (didn't download the app in time) we were very impressed with the accommodation. Everything you could need and it was a luxury having air conditioning on each floor. Nice views to the rear out of the top floor. The controls on the cooker were a little worn and the oven doesn't work until timer is set. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and the pool itself clean, well maintained and a good size and depth. The walk down to the beach takes 15 minutes but you are rewarded with a nice boardwalk and sandy beach. The sand is quite coarse. Views to Gibraltar and Morocco on a clear day. Gibraltar is worth visiting and walking across the boarder/runway is certainly an experience. Another excellent trip was driving up the mountain into the old town of Casares and walking around the pretty narrow streets with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Excellent trip and thanks to the owner for a trouble-free stay.
Thank you Ray for the review, so pleased you explored all the area , its so lovely, Thanks again, appreciated. I will ask the management company to see to the points you raised.
Quiet little complex, nicely kept
We loved being near to the beach and lovely beach bar. This area is a little quieter than the bigger resorts nearby which suited us. The house is clean and well equipped. Pleasant view over the park at one side and the pool is only a few yards away at the other side. The sun doesn’t get onto the patio area until late morning but you could sit by the pool if you want it earlier. The double bedroom is on the second floor which meant we got our exercise, there are 2 other bedrooms on the first floor. The lounge/kitchen area is compact but was ample for 2 of us.
thank you very much Louise for your review ,Its a beautiful area of south spain, so pleased you had a good time and the place accommodated your stay.
Fabulous time had!!!
Well what can I say..... Just spent an idyllic 6 nights here. Stayed at no 67.
Communication with the owner was AMAZING from start to finish. Great price too.
The house is perfect. Noted someone had said the house appeared unloved.... I do not agree with this at all. Everything you could want is in the house including hairdryer, great beach towels, tea towels, pizza cutter..... Only thing we missed was a BBQ. Didn't spoil anything but would have been nice.
The garden of the house gets the sun from midday to evening and is a proper little sun trap. Sun loungers there and garden table, chairs and parasol.
There is a nice park next to the complex with a bar in it that opens at 4pm... Husband said the San Miguel in there in a chilled glass was the best he had all holiday! The Mojitos were also fabulous... heavy on the alcohol and mint.
We knew before arriving that there was not much around the house and had a car. However it was only10 minutes walk to the beach and local Chiringuitos. The garage on the corner also had a supermarket for essentials. Bit hard going back as its a VERY steep hill home.
We drove to Lidl each morning for fresh pastries. The Mercadona supermarket near Estepona was only 10 minutes the other way and was a feast to the eyes especially the fresh fish counter.
Visited Estepona , Casares village and Peurto de Duquesa all in short driving time from the house.
Pool at the complex was lovely with sunloungers available all day. Well kept.
Need to say how lovely the bed sheets smelled -never experienced that before and I do have a thing about nice smelling washing!!!
Our only criticism was the hot water - onky enough for one shower. Husband and I had a cold shower each day.Did report it to the lady who looks after the house. She advised no one had mentionned it before so hoping it gets look at.
All in all an excellent choice and we will definitely return.
Thank you so much for leaving a positive review. I am very pleased you enjoyed your stay at my and I have already contacted the management company to see why the hot water didn't last as long as it should have.
I hope you decide to visit again soon
