Our villa is situated in a modern small quiet cul de sac surrounded by lemon & mandarin groves etc. For all this peace it is only 5 mins walk from the traditional Cypriot village Kissonerga. As well as traditional tavernas & coffee shops the village has a pharmacy, plus supermarkets and a bar, restaurants etc. The villa is fully detached with fences & bougainvillea etc to give full privacy to the pool area & terraces. The garden has a mandarin, lemon and almond tree. The villa enjoys fabulous views of the mountains and breathtaking sunsets over the Mediterranean. There are 6 comfortable sunbeds around the large 7 x 3m private swimming pool, giving the feel of paradise, no more getting up early to put towels on beds. This superb holiday accommodation contains every convenience for a comfortable and memorable holiday, whether a family with children or couple(s) only, see the testimonials.

Brilliant Villa
Just got back from our 2 week stay. We had the best holiday! Dave the owner was exceptional in his communication before and during our stay. We hired a car and travelled about visiting local villages, beaches, the water park and over to Latchi for a trip to the Blue Lagoon. We did use the local buses on a few occasions, just a 10 minute walk to the costal road and they come every 10 mins to Paphos Harbour and Coral bay. It was 5.25 euros for the 5 of us. Sea You Beach Bar was lovely to watch the sunset. We also ate out in Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour. Kambana Restaurant in the village only 5 min walk from the villa is very traditional and we really enjoyed sitting next to the church eating the Meze. The boys loved watching the Lizards and local wildlife. The Pool area is great and is a sun trap. We highly recommend this villa, such a pleasure to stay there.

A really lovely villa
This villa is really lovely and in a quiet area. There is everything you need there, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we had a wonderful 2 weeks. You do need to hire a car though to get out and about but that’s was very easy to arrange locally with a lovely chap called Andreas down the road. We spent the last day at Anna’s apartments next door due to a late evening flight for a small fee which meant we had use of all the facilities including the pool and lunch with a room to get showered and changed which was great as we had to vacate the villa by midday. That was Dave the villa owner’s suggestion so thank you. I definitely recommend staying here.

Gina & myself are both living & working in the UK, (Rainhill, Merseyside). We bought the villa about 7 years ago and have enjoyed our holidays there so much and when we have rented to family & friends they have been so pleased we thought we should offer to you.
It is our plan to spend some serious time in Kissonerga when we finally retire, but in the meantime we are happy to share our gorgeous villa with you.

Why they chose this property

We looked at numerous villas and villages around Paphos before settling on Kissonerga. It caught our hearts on our first visit. It was and still retains what we think of as a traditional Cypriot village. It has traditional coffee shops, and tavernas, so you know that you are in another country but mixed in are all the amenities that are needed for a super modern holiday. Most of them within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

If you have never had a private villa holiday try ours, you will not want to go back to a hotel. A villa holiday provides, space, privacy and the opportunity for you to do what you want when you want. You will no longer need to vacate your room or eat by somebody else's clock. You are free to enjoy your holiday exactly how you want. A home from home, but with sunshine and a private pool for you to enjoy day & night.
