The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with easy access to all the splendid facilities of The Old Village, and is ideal for the less mobile or young families.
There are 2 bedrooms which will sleep a maximum of 4 persons (including children and infants) and 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and a bath (with shower over).
In the open plan living room there are 2 leather sofas which provide comfortable seating for 4, with a table and chairs in the dining area. 2 sets of French Doors open onto the south facing terrace and garden area which is furnished with a table, chairs and parasol.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, washing machine and fridge (with freezer compartment) and a kettle, toaster & filter coffee machine. It is also well equipped with a wide range of utensils.
Also in the living room there is an air-conditioning unit for summer use, which also provides heat in the cooler months, and a log burning stove for winter use. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and oil filled radiators are used to provide heating when necessary.
WiFi Internet access is available in the apartment at no extra cost and the television has a wide range of European TV channels available, including all the main UK, SKY & BT Sport channels. There is a DVD player & a Radio/CD player with a good selection of DVD's & CD's & also a small library of books for all ages to enjoy.
The apartment has been completely refurbished to a high standard and has been granted a Touristic Licence, by the Portuguese government, to accommodate a maximum of 4 persons & is therefore subject to regulations to maintain a high standard of accommodation & safety for our guests.
The Old Village architecture is based on the 18th Century classical buildings of southern Portugal with 2 and 3 storey houses and apartments, painted in traditional pastel colours, in a lovely garden setting with calcader paved walkways leading to the 3 swimming pools, children's play area, the supermarket and the various bars and restaurants. As the Old Village is pedestrianised there are dedicated parking areas for vehicles around the perimeter of the complex.
Our agent is on-site should you wish to book car or cycle hire, coach trips or other activities & is available to answer any queries you may have during your stay. There is also the re-assurance of 24 hour security coverage in The Old Village.
For keen golfers there are superb golf courses close by, with the Pinhal Course surrounding the complex. The Old Village Tours & Transfers company is based in the complex and transport to the golf courses, the local towns and other places of interest, may be booked online or at their office.
