Villa Toulouse is a comfortable detached bungalow, on a private gated estate, with shared pool. The villa has ample living space for 6 people, is well equipped and is comfortable year round. The secluded garden is ideal for sun bathing and outdoor eating. The villa is on the outskirts of Pézenas within a pleasant 15 min walk to the town which bustles with life; cafes, restaurants, many artists and craftsmen, a year round Saturday market and many memories of Molière. There are frequent attractions during the year including concerts, exhibitions, open air theatre, street parties, and late night shopping during the season when the streets are alive until midnight. For those who wish to explore further afield, a few miles north takes you into hilly walking country, drive west along the coast to Collioure, and a little further to the Spanish border, or east to Montpellier, the Petite Carmargue and Aigues Mortes.

About Graham Barnard
Gill and Graham Barnard are retired and we spend as much time as possible in Pézenas with our children and grandchildren - ranging from 4 years to 21 and friends. The family love Pézenas (so much so that our eldest daughter and her husband have just bought a property close to Villa Toulouse)
Graham Barnard purchased this Bungalow in 2001
Why Graham Barnard chose Pézenas
We love France and after much searching found this development in Pézenas. We love the town and the area. Access is good with choice of airports, but we often drive, taking advantage of the Millau bridge. and the toll free A75, and sometimes the train Eurostar/TGV which is very relaxing. The area around Pézenas is very attractive, never ending vineyards, winding roads shaded by plane trees, the mountains and Regional park areas to the north, the meandering and enchanting Canal du Midi, and more medieval towns and villages than you could shake a stick at!
What makes this Bungalow unique
We love the convenience of Villa Toulouse, its space and the high ceilings of the lounge and sitting room. Walking into town for a coffee is one of the family's main morning activities. However there are so many interesting places within reach of Pézenas that we are still exploring.
